There was construction outside which made it hard to find the entrance, but I think that was not the hotel's problem.

Location was okay but due to so much construction it was very inconvenient. Bedroom lighting too yellow and poor. Tv didnt work properly, broken signal constantly. Housekeeping didnt turn up after the first night so bins got full for 2 days. Hairdryer is old and handle was disgusting, its so old it doesnt dry anything. Air con is not great and should be more windows for outside lighting and a you should have a window you can open even if only a little for fresh air. More mocktail options should be provided and more food options for halal or vegetarian.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was nice for food and drinks. Floors were quiet. Lighting was excellent in the bathroom and needed improvement in the bedrooms. Water bottles and Kettle provided. Mocktails available which was great.

The breakfast was lovely but there were narcist people next our table but we didn't care. The staff were excellent.

For some reason, although the reception said you were not that busy, I was given a disabled room. This meant that the bathroom was designed for someone in a wheelchair, the sink was very low, toilet high ( I am not very tall ), and the shower low and confined due to the rails etc. I appreciate you need rooms Like this, and see that it was perfect for someone in a wheelchair, but why give it to an able bodied person? Do the reception staff know which rooms are for the disabled?

Lots of building work outside, when we arrived there was no ice and the bar man didn’t seem to care. Thankfully a manager came and apologised, bought some ice and made our cocktails

the air conditioning needs to be better. The room still had double instead of twin beds despite email and telephone communication prior to the trip.

Everything was good. The location suited us and it's good enough to use for a few nights.

The huge contsruction next to the hotel is not disturbingly loud, but so the approach to the entrance is currently bit difficult. The cleaners do not respect the " do not disturb " sign.

Central location, comfortable, elegant, with nice modern furniture, quiet, excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds. Tea making is possible in the rooms.

A lot of building going on around the hotel. I didn't like having to use the reception door as it was at the far end of the road. The door by the restaurant was nearer the main street but it locked early at night.

The girls at the reception were friendly, helpful and good humored. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful selection. The room was comfortable and cool on a very hot time

Breakfast expensive for the quality. Not the hotels fault but extensive roadworks made it confusing to access for those unfamiliar with the area.

The AirConditioner was not functional when we went there and we were provided with a fan that we had to manage. The toilet of the room we were needed to be worked upon because the Toilet table is faded and the wash hand basin is not draining. The directional arrows to the Reception were confusing (contracting) we had to be going round and round before we got the reception, this may be due construction work going on in the area.

Couldn't figure out how to get the air con working and the window we had was no way of opening it

hotel was of a high standard, clean and comfortable with friendly staff and a very generous breakfast. The room contained everything you would require and was very comfortable
