OK, bar was lovely and staff very attentive. Bit tired looking and shabby, disappointed pool was closed. Room was not properly cleaned. Very easy to walk to waterfront, botanical gardens and city centre, room was very quiet but lack of daylight given it was a deluxe room was a shame

My boyfriend and I just felt that the bathroom was a little out dated, the sheets got changed and were still dirty ( there was marks on them ) the toilet took forever to flush

I'm actually struggling to think of anything, exept I couldn't figure out how to operate the aircon.

A well located hotel that is good value with excellent service and many useful features. Great staff, super food for breakfast and at the restaurant which we tried and would recommend.

The room seemed in the need of updating. The bedding wasn't great and the bathroom needed some work especially the door with the paint pealing. Just didn't feel like a 4 star hotel. The lift floors were so sticky too. These are just little things but it leaves a lasting impression.

Staff were lovely and very attentive. Check in machines were very handy. Nice bar and restaurant and very clean overall.

Nothing. Everything was great. We even arrived very early at 7am as our ferry arrived so early, and they let us check in at 7am, as our room was ready!

The best location for visiting Belfast, in a very safe, central part of town, felt safe walking home late at night. It is only a 5 minute walk from the city hall, and short walk to most of the sites. The hotel itself is very clean and the beds were comfortable. with all facilities you would need including an iron and tea making facilities and complementary biscuits! The staff were all accomodating and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

As small as it may seem our tv didnt show any channels , it was either blank screen or pixelated. The hairdryer didn’t work at all

Some of the general areas were very grubby. A few orange fabric chairs in the bar area were very stained and uncomfortable to sit on. White leather chairs in the restaurant the arms were very dirty. Shelving next to us in the restaurant was dusty, could do with a good dusting and carpets need to be hoovered. Overall standards need to be improved a lot.

Central location. Bedrooms & bathroom were clean. The staff were the saving grace of this visit. All the staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I would not consider a return visit except for how good the staff were. Good breakfast.

My room wasn't clean. The bed sheets had blood on them, like someone had a cut on their finger when making the bed. I asked for clean sheets to be brought up but they never arrived. This room had two beds in it. The other bed was single so I took the sheets off the other bed and remade the double bed. There was also blood on the lampshade. There was tobacco on the shelf and I don't smoke. The room could have done with a good hoover. I think on this occasion house keeping let the hotel down. The rooms need some general updating. The staff at the hotel are lovely and the restaurant food wise is very good.
