Small room but that was to be expected, bed wasn’t the cleanest first night we stayed I noticed dust and a small bit of tobacco in the bed. No major issue though as sheet were then changed again following morning

Good and safe location. Tube, restaurants and parks are nearby. Even though the room was small, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Friendly staff. Able to store luggage after check-out.

Great location, easy access to sights and activities. The room was small, but this was not an issue for us. Comfortable beds and excellent cleaning. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Quiet area, with plenty of restaurants close by.

The only slight negative, but didn’t affect us personally was the number of stairs to get to our room on the top floor, but we didn’t ask for a ground floor room,we were able to climb up to our room no issues, but anyone with mobility issues might find it difficult in the higher up rooms.

Immaculate, lovely staff, 5 minutes to Paddington Tube, quiet area, cute really pleasant room, everything we needed for a mini break, small fridge and brilliant tea/coffee facilities. Room cleaned every day.

No lift

They helped us about the check in and out times. There was a fridge and a microwave. There was a mini room to keep our luggage in there. There is no lift so if you have big or heavy luggage, you might prepare yourself. Good location.

when you leave the window open during the night, it can get rather noisy, but that's not the hotel's fault so...

The staff was always friendly, all amenities were working and clean, very good value for price, location superb, cleaning service everyday (for our short stay not necessary but very much appreciated) and small but lovely room

We stayed for a weekend in July and it was really hot, even tho there were 2 fans in the room, we couldn’t sleep at all because of the heat, airco would have helped. However if you stayed during a different period you most likely don’t have this issue

The staff is very friendly and the property is clean, the room has a fridge and cups for coffee and tea, the location is amazing, there are few restaurants around and the area is safe

Got a confirmation for the cot, but there was no place to fit it. Thanks to the staff, we were moved to the bigger room where we could use the cot for the baby.

The only thing i can say was the lack of air conditioning in the room, it was 30+ degrees during my stay which made it abit uncomfortable to sleep at night but a small price to pay.

The location to central London was excellent and for the price for 2 nights stay was very good value for money and would of paid slightly more if im honest just for the location and would definitely stay again.

If you have a big suitcase you might struggle in the stair case and lack of space to open it in the room. Not a lot of hot water in the morning but it was enough.

Perfect location within walking distance from Paddington and Lancaster gate. Hyde park is about 5min away. And plenty of nice restaurants for breakfast and dinner are around the corner. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

It was probably the hottest weekend of the year and the room was a little warm but this weather is pretty atypical and there is a fan on the wall which really helped. 99.9% of the time, this just wouldn’t be an issue!

Really convenient for a Hyde Park gig - about 15 minute walk, if that. Really friendly staff and very well priced for the time of year and area. Very clean rooms which isn’t always the case in London! Would stay again if going to a concert in the area.
