Was a lovely modern apartment, central to Aberdeen centre, simple checking in. Recommended and will stay again

It is often cold and your heating fluctuates a lot. There is no instructions for the tv and I was asked to google the model and check out for the menu. This is not very good service. The bed is too soft and there is a large stain on the quilt cover. I suppose the stain could not be washed off but it would be better if you could use a stainless one.

I like the bathroom n kitchen very much. Kitchen is well equipped n the utensils are of good quality. It is very functional. Bathroom looks immaculate , spacious and is tastefully decorated. I am impressed with the heated floor board. The only thing is the basin is too small and with the tap being a bit strong water splashes out easily. The ditigal door lock is handy. The apartment is clean.

A lovely, cosy and contemporary flat in an ideal location. Very clean with excellent facilities.

The bed was unfortunately quite uncomfortable. Despite a foam topper I completely sank into the mattress and could feel the slats of the base below. The slats were also slightly short so when I sat down on the bed they popped out of the plastic brackets. Easy enough to put back but shouldn't really be like that in a quality bed. The chairs in the living room look very nice but were not very comfortable either, I placed them opposite one another so I could use the second as a sort of foot rest and that worked pretty well but when I had a friend round for tea we were both constantly shifting in our seats. Also, and again this is not the owners fault, but in the bedroom there were splatter patterns all over the wall and bedroom curtain - I don't know what a previous occupant got up to in there but it would just look nicer if this was spruced up a little somehow, even just by giving the curtain a good clean (maybe they have and it didn't come out?). Other small feedback was already shared with the owner, such as no bath towels on arrival - these were supposed to be on the bed upon arrival but weren't there - not his mistake. I received two towels the following day when the cleaners came which wasn't a problem as thankfully I didn't have an early start. Second it would be nice to have a drying rack of some description to dry laundry as not all clothing is suited to go in the drier. I needed to wash my clothes and was there on a nice day my first day so I dried my clothes on the whirly gig in the back garden but of course that soon won't be possible anymore. Also there was no detergent provided and I think it would be a nice service to just leave a few pods or something for short stay guests who will not want to buy an entire pack for just one wash.

The apartment looks exactly as pictured, nice and cosy and a great amount of space, especially if you're booking this over a hotel room. The kitchen and bathroom are both great - kitchen well equipped and laid out and great space for someone who needs to cook all their own meals due to dietary requirements. Also plenty of space in the fridge and there was even a freezer there also. The bathroom was nice and clean, great size and had a nice shower (rain shower + ordinary shower head) that worked well and the water was nice and hot; great extraction system as well so the space and therefore mirror in the never fogged up. The bedroom was a great size and there was plenty of space to store clothes on the shelves of a little unit/rack or hanging from coat hangers on pipe rails in the corner - plenty of space there too. Central heating also worked well throughout and quickly when needed to dry out wet clothes after a very rainy day. The owner was very communicative, friendly and helpful when needed and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The neighbours upstairs got a little clompy, and shouty our of their window. Slays need to be sorted under the bed on the right side.

The apartment is newly refurbished and well thought out with all kitchen equipment, tea, coffee, oil for cooking, scissors, sharp knives tea towels, washing up stuff. This all makes a huge difference not having to pack these items. Lovely power shower in the bathroom with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner to use. The TV is new and with access to Disney plus and other channels which was unexpected. The area was very quiet and small supermarket within 5 mins walk. The host left a bottle of wine and sweets which was a nice touch.

Everything was clean and modern with great kitchen and a very comfortable bed, the bottle of wine and sweets was a nice touch and the whole stay was peaceful and quiet. We both loved it and will definitely be staying again. And will be recommending to family and friends. Everything was perfect

The paid parking is actually 8am-8pm Mon-Sat not 8-6 as detailed in the schedule, I'm guessing this changed recently and the website just needs updating. That said there was no issue finding a space.

I normally stay in hotel when visiting Aberdeen, these tend to busy and rather noisy. This little apartment was quiet and cosy. The keyless entry removed all the check-in hassle and the wine on arrival was also nice touch.

The main room only had armchairs. It would be beneficial to have a sofa or pull out bed to maximise comfort while watching the tv in the living room.

It is very modern with a huge garden space to spend time in. Also, despite pretty much being in the city centre the street was quiet and pleasant. We didn’t meet the owner but they left a bowl of sweets and bottle of wine to welcome us for our stay.

Well-equipped, modern and clean. Just a few minutes walk from the centre. The host was welcoming and the commutation was great. Would perfectly accommodate even longer stays, we'd definitely recommend it.

The bed mattress did not have much support, which didn't bother me but could be a problem for people with back issues. Apart from that, could not have been happier with our stay, highly recommended!

Really nice apartment, well furnished, spacious and modern. The shower was particularly great, highly recommend. Full kitchen, and the hosts even left a bottle of red wine for us to enjoy, which was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated!

No desk/area to work at, the breakfast bar has low height chairs so isn’t ideal for sitting at for any length of time.

This is a beautiful apartment, well presented and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is in a quiet area and was super easy to check in. It is a short walk from Union street and, although it has paid on street parking, the free parking zone starts only a few streets away.

Great location. 10 minute walk to city centre. Flat decor was exceptional with a great shower. Situated in a very quiet area.

The bed. The bed sinked in on the 1st day. When I checked ,the support bars on the bed had come off since I toss and turn while I sleep. Otherwise this place was just right . Il definitely get back to booking this place for the service and thoughtful gesture of keeping welcome treats . Thank you for having me . And looking fwd to more visits to this place .

The location was just perfect for me to commute to the near by places .
