I left something in apartment and messaged to collect the next day but no one replied. What I left was not posted to me as was explained when the paperwork was signed. I didn’t like that we had to be met to be taken to the apartment rather than to sent details to a lock box. A £200 payment was taken from my card when I arrived on top of the cost of the apartment for in case there was any damage. I didn’t expect this. Not everyone would have had that money spare in their account. The money was refunded soon after we left though. The remote for the curtain was missing, I was worried I would be charged, but I was not. The TV did not work, we only noticed in the early hours of the morning so didn’t report this. Wall paper is pulling away and needs to be tidied up.

Shower fitting was broken so I had to hold it. And bedside light was temperamental- wouldn't work last night but did this morning. But might have been that there was another switch for it somewhere- there were so many!+

Some parts of the apartment could have been cleaned better before my arrival (I found urine on the toilet seat and the extractor fan buttons were really greasy). The bed lamp had no bulb in it so there was no option of a lamp for bedtime reading, and I did miss not having a full length mirror. However, the mirror in the dressing area was still large enough to make do.

It is a luxury apartment, very convenient location and onsite facilities. The feel of a 5 star hotel, without being a hotel! I really appreciated the fresh flowers and complimentary drinks. The host was so lovely and welcoming too. Can't wait to stay here again!

The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was having to wait to get the keys. It was mostly my own fault as I hadn't provided a specific arrival time but I would prefer when travelling to have immediate access to the room, either via a check-in desk or key safe. However, the host was wonderful when she arrived and it was a very small price to pay for a great stay.

The location is ideal, really Central and a great view of the City from the room. The room was exceptionally clean with great quality facilities provided, including complimentary drinks. The bed was hugely comfortable. Everything I needed, in a great location at a great price.

The view from the 28th floor was simply stunning ! I didn't want to leave the appartment - so great it was to have the entire city at my feet. One of the most astonishing places for my meditations at night

Nice studio flat, very comfortable and clean, nicely decorated. Good kitchen and bathroom, everything you could need. Easy to gain entry. Good location with supermarket and places to eat nearby.
