Not easy to navigate the nearest parking... we parked in the multi storey about 3 min walk away ... parked at 1245 and left 830 was charged £ 3.40

Close to the airport and easy to find and get to. After a late flight and not wanting to drive home this hotel was a perfect stop over

It was too cold in the room and the bathroom could be better if there was a larger curtain to keep the water from getting all over the bathroom.

I liked how close it was to the airport. And there’s a mall close to it. Within a 5-minute walk. Also close to the train station and lastly, there’s a Starbucks next to it which I think is great.

I cheaped out on the windowless option but in hindsight think it would have been worth it for some air/space... but this was my choice, not hotel's fault!

Given the low price and short proximity to Luton bus interchange, it made sense for me to stay at CiTi. If you're not fussed about decor, this place suffices as a basic place to stay the night before if you have an early flight from Luton Airport the next morning. Located centrally in town centre, minutes away from restaurants, shops and takeaways for easy dinner. Generally was as described.

I had a double standard and one of the pillows when I made the bed waa stained and this is the pillow I didn't use so the one I used didn't have any but the other one and I was the only in the room and I thought to myself how silly, just change the pillow don't try hide the stain by putting the stained side face down and that made me question if they actually change the beds or they just go in and say this one is clean no stain another person can sleep here tonight cause that is just so wrong otherwise it was lovely just my thoughts ⁷

I liked it because they give people space and you check in and get on with whatever I am saying this because we had gone to an event the 26th and we had booked different rooms but somehow we were all friends or just coming from the same event and no one was chasing after us telling us lots of different rules we just got there relaxed and all went to sleeo abd checked out no drama no what.

A complimentary both of drinking water and maybe facility for making tea/coffee could have been better. The dispenser at reception idea isn't bad anyway.

Location is great with good access roads and few metres to both train bus and shopping mall. Rooms though small but neat and well kept.

It could be a-bit cleaner and the lifts didn't work so people with suitcases would struggle.

It was okay for the price. No window in the room, but I think that's the option we chose.

The property is in a bad state but at least it smells better than when it was managed by easyHotel Toilet wasn’t flushing. Doors slap so it’s quite noisy Found the sink full with soapy water Towels weren’t folded nicely which made me suspicious if they were actually changed. They did smell fresh.

I was expecting a very small room which was fine for a quick sleep ahead of travelling, but the room was in poor condition with the bed frame falling apart and poor lighting. Very run down area of town with poor quality of food choices.

Easy to locate, plenty of nearby parking and close to the airport for travelling

The Hotel had the bare faced cheek to ask me to rate them 8 or above. I knew I had booked a windowless room (it would not suit anyone who is claustrophobic). I could not get the shower to work and it was cheap and flimsy. The was a switch on the wall in the bedroom that needed repairing. The TV remote had it’s back cover missing and the batteries were held in place with sticky tape. Also the green light by the door was too bright. You had to step up to enter the bathroom, a potential slip hazard.

Close proximity to the train and bus station. Nice and cheap and ideal for one night. Not a place for a longer stay.
