Wish breakfast situation was explained, I tried to add it in the morning but was unable to as I wasn't told the night before that it had to be prebooked. I would have paid for it in advance if I knew.

Nice clean room with good space and nice shower

I used this hotel as I was flying very early the next day. The bed was lovely and I was well rested. Excellent value.

Carpet a bit sticky. When I arrived, had to swap rooms as the window didn’t close and was noisy, but the staff changed my room with no fuss.

Good location for Luton Airport Great price, around £60 Staff helpful, even at 5am in the morning! Could park

The hotel could do with updating, the rooms are basic and the reception area didn't have much seating. No information in the room regarding bar times or if there were any options for breakfast. No glass or disposable mug to use in the bathroom.

Close to a bus stop for transport. The hotel staff were cheerful and very helpful. Easy to walk into Luton town centre and the football ground is within walking distance

They call it a desk, but if you can't get your legs under it; is it a desk?? And even then I had to ask for a chair

I could not find the cold water on the shower. Just boiling, boiling, boiling! Need some instructions. Difficult with sockets. I needed my phone to charge near the bed and no provision for USB. Very noisy!

The staff were superb! Is it Ozio? On duty on reception when I arrived. Excellent team member. What an asset to your company.

The fact we got room service without our knowledge since we're vegans we had pork on our plates. The receptionist did not tell us we'd be getting room service we thought we would come down to the restaurant to have breakfast. Otherwise all good I'll definitely come again

Only one lift was working. The hotel was noisy with lots of families in the corridors at times, late at night. The hotel was shabby and in need of a facelift. There was one dim lamp in the room and a small desk. The toilet in my room had a loose/broken seat. I had pre requested a room with a large desk (as per the photo on the web site) on a top floor in a quiet area because I was there for work and needed lots of peace and quiet - this had not even been read when I arrived and they could not accommodate my request when I drew it to their attention. I was given a mid level room. The shower had a weak unimpressive flow.

The bed was comfy. It was very clean. Free parking and good wifi.

Hard beds, worn out bathroom, they didn’t hold our reservation. I booked a twin and they said they didn’t have one… why take the booking then? Eventually gave us “a room they don’t usually sell” 🤷‍♂️

    Convenient location next to airport.

I booked two rooms for my family. The shower water pressure in my room was very low. It was very difficult to bath. This could've been improved.
