Immaculate lodges, hot tubs cleaned daily, overall great stay.

Only a minor thing the fence along the hot tub had gaps in the slats and so you could be seen in the next door lodges. Perhaps full fencing or hedges like in the middle lodges could be placed to get a bit more privacy. But it wouldn't put us off coming again!

Amazing lodge, really comfy, spacious and clean. The hot tub was fab- it was so relaxing. We even spotted bats flying in the trees! Location is great - the camping site and lodge in a lovely peaceful location. Staff were really friendly and it was handy there was a small shop in reception so we could get ice and ice creams which we forgot. Minimal equipment in the kitchen but enough for us to use for our stay. Close location to Bexhill and Hastings which we visited during our trip.

Not anything we didn't like but a suggestion. The shop didn't have any family choice cereals and or maybe some baby items for those travelling families.

We had fantastic communication with the owner who made sure they adapted our stay. The property was incredibly clean and well facilitated. We were so impressed with the accommodation and the ease of arriving that we booked again for 2 months time, where we hope to try out the hot tub this time with our family!!

Couldn’t turn the hot tub down from 36 degrees on one of the hottest days so we didn’t use it. Shower gel and washing up liquid would have been nice.

Amenities are minimal. There are no shops in walking distance (but I already knew this prior) but it’s only a short drive to get whatever you might need

This was our second visit and we enjoyed it even more than last time. Lodge is spacious, comfortable and beautiful too. Absolutely love the hot tub and privacy between the lodges.

I think the check in time can be a little earlier. Check in at 4pm and check out at 10am really restricts the time one can spend enjoying the property. Also, perhaps keep 1 or 2 extra toilet rolls so that one doesn't have to go to the reception in search of one when the given roll finishes?

The property itself was very nice. Spacious, clean, nice layout. We didn't use the jacuzzi but it adds a nice touch as well. The store at the reception also had nice soaps, jams and other things good for taking back.

This was our 3rd visit and we love it. The only one downside is that the hot tub is set to the highest temperature and not comfortable when the weather is at 30○ and need to cool off.

We loved the fact that our lodge was away from the others and felt secluded. The hot tub was fantastic, and it was a bargain of a price. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. It is so peaceful and a perfect place to recharge. We would definitely come back and recommend to others.

How heavy and hard it was to replace the lid of the hot tub, as the bar action was missing.

We loved the quiet location of the lodges. Also, how comfortable and equipped they were. We especially liked the hot tub.

Not really something we didn’t like but definitely would be helpful to have:- A freezer or freezer compartment in the fridge. Hooks by the back door or in the bedrooms to hand up coats. There were no wardrobes so we couldn’t hang our clothes up. It would be helpful to have a small wardrobe or some hangers on hooks. A dishwasher. There’s a microwave but no spare microwave-wear I.e to heat up baked beans etc. Add a few extra glasses, so there’s spares if we change drink types.

The lodge was a lot bigger than we expected. And we had no neighbours, so it was very quiet. Came away with a group of friends. The lodge was beautiful and we all thoroughly enjoyed the large lounge and hot tub. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The whole park was super clean. Good communication before and during our stay. The local pub The Denbigh was a good find with great food.
