We had a cleaner prepare your room for you prior to your arrival—we are sorry that she didn’t meet your standards. The decorations in the room are inspired by our North African heritage, so it is a shame that you find such style ‘horrible.’ Regarding the price, you booked the room at an extremely cheap rate of £63, and had essentially the entire house to yourself—I cannot imagine how anyone could consider this expensive. In fact, you received the room at an extremely cheap price. You misrepresent the ‘broken’ window—the very large bay windows in the room are not broken, apart from one small square which is shattered, and covered with tape, which we are in the process of fixing. The house itself is stunning and in a wonderful neighbourhood. We were kind enough to open our family home up to you but you have incomprehensibly called it a ‘night of terror.’ You were in a beautiful, warm, quiet, three bedroom home essentially all by yourself—where is the terror here?
