Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It had everything for an overnight stay especially the fridge which was a godsend as I had food with me and this was a last minute booking due to a developing migraine.

South AfricaThe room was fair the other bathroom was dirty had dry poo on the floor called the office they put it upon myself to take a picture and sent an email allegedly they can’t address it without proof Which I believe is too much work for a guest rather than for management to speak to the house keepers. When I checked out the poo was still there…. This can only be a place for desperation.

Thailand- The bed is not so good. - The kitchen top isn't that long like in the preview picture but enough for a small preparation. - The wifi is slow.
- The location is good. very close to the railway station. - I got my room on the ground floor at the back building. Very convenient for my heavy luggage. - I like the carpeted floor. Kept my feet warm on the rainy day.

United KingdomThe settee had a broken leg at one end making it lopsided and had splits in the seat. Window was faulty and seemingly only held in place by the safety chain. I had to physically manhandle it to get it closed properly. The tap in the kitchen dripped. The housekeeper entered the room on the first morning without knocking while I was still in bed. The duvet cover was split. No lights on the car park. Wi-fi didn't work. Traffic noise was loud being right on the front, an extra layer of secondary glazing would help. No bedside table or lamp. No fan or air-conditioning. 10am is too early for standard check out. 11am or even 12noon should be achievable without niggardly £15 extra charge.
