A big comfortable room. The hotel is ideally located for exploring Canterbury. It has parking on a first come first served basis - parking within the city walls is a big bonus. A good continental breakfast was available in the morning.

United KingdomNo lift, no fault of the hotel as nowhere to put one. Again the staff came to the rescue and carried my case down to reception.
The breakfast was very comprehensive, easily accessible, well laid out, with everything you could want. The hotel was very convenient for all the sights in Canterbury and easily found from the ring road which did make the road traffic a little noisy but that is not the hotel' fault. The receptionist recommended a couple of places to eat, both close by, we settled on the Italia n but either would have done.

United KingdomThe continental breakfast was ok but could be better - bread items ran out quite early but were eventually replenished. Yogurts not available one day. They had many European visitors who might not have been very impressed.
Very good location just out of the centre with about a 10 min walk to the cathedral. Pleasant large room, very quiet. No aircon but a fan provided. Bar lounge. Free parking. A small but very pretty garden to sit in. Staff all very pleasant.

Only a short walk to pubs restaurants and shops... also the cathedral was only a 10min walk away.one member of staff stood out as being Amazing and his name is Brian. Fantastic, helpful, friendly and kind man.
