United KingdomMyself and 4 other families with young children, specifically booked this hotel due to the swimming pool. The pool was closed. The lift was broken. The vending machine was not working. No staff behind the bar at time of opening. No evening entertainment. Some of the staff were helpful.
I love the location of this property. It’s a short walk to boscombe via the gardens.

Shower, comfort of bed (was a bit springy and hard but thats the way I liked it!) There is entertainment at the hotel which was good. Enjoyed going for a swim.

United KingdomWe stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. The breakfast photos shown online were misleading, as they displayed a wide variety of cakes, croissants, and other options, while in reality only a very simple English breakfast was served. Parking was also an issue, since the hotel’s parking was often full and we had to park on the street. The swimming pool water was not clean, which was disappointing. Additionally, although we booked as a family, our rooms were given on different floors and far from each other, which caused inconvenience. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it definitely needs better management and more attention to these important details.

The Bed was comfortable. When we checked in a lift was not working so they upgraded my mother (85) to a room with a working lift, I took the stairs to my original booking. My room had a balcony which was nice and my mothers room was extra large so we could spend the evening together on the sofa. Staff were great in the Restaurant, bar & reception - thank you!

Friendly staff, very busy hotel, checking in was ok, trouble locating us a room due to 1 of the lifts broken, family room on 3rd floor, and was told they would help us up with luggage, declined as I couldn't walk up stairs eventually a room was found which I could get to Swimming pool, which was great. Entertainment on most evening Location is great 10 min walk to beach Boscombe gardens is lovely close to Bournemouth town centre, few mins on bus Boscombe Hight Street great lots of places to eat and drink

United KingdomExcept from the little bin in the bathroom, there was no bin in the room. But it wasn't too much big deal. And we loved the swimming pool in the hotel and we would use it more but both ladders to the swimming pool didn't feel safe to go in and out .
The hotel was clean and stuff wore very nice. Breakfast had a good selection, and there was something for everyone to eat. We had a nice stay.We may come back again. 😊

Why isn’t the price I see with dogs inclusive, or an option when booking. Also breakfast not included, for price I would expect breakfast. Hair and body wash empty in room and generally bit dated and below par for the price in my opinion
