1. The trash has not been taken out even once in 5 days. 2. The curtain in the bathroom is dirty, needs to be replaced or washed.

Small room. Very early in the morning there was work being done outside the window.

Clean, with all the basic staff you need for a short stay. Microwave was a plus. Very close to the center.

Parking at the back of the property especially the entrance is very narrow.

Breakfast was not included but they provided something to eat in the morning in your room.

Nothing to write home about..if i was nit picking the stairs up to my top floor room was a slight pain but that really is nit picking. I would heartily recommend

Pleasantly surprised. Dont normally stay at small independent hotels but this was decent and im quite fussy.. the ensuite room was excellent value for money....it was clean, decent decor..not a miah mash of nonsenae that you often get at similar hotels. Will stay here again if im working in the area.

I wasn’t very keen on the lock on the door, it was just a Yale lock. As a single female I prefer to be able to lock myself into a room with a bolt or extra lock.

Really friendly host on reception. Pretty basic hotel but that’s what I’d expect for the price.

Clean, comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. Welcoming and friendly staff. It's an older building so it does feel a bit dated but it's well run and I'd be happy to stay here again.

Towel was a bit small. A bath mat for the floor would feel safer.

Staff were very friendly and quick to respond to messages. Breakfast bag was a lovely touch. Fan was already on to cool the room when I arrived. Good value.

Nowhere to hang towels - a minor issue but a very easy fix. Decor and furnishings in the room are a bit tired - but perfectly clean and very acceptable for the price.

Spacious, clean room, nice views, comfortable bed, decent shower, very friendly and helpful welcome at reception - free breakfast pack included (instant porridge, apple juice and a danish pastry), which was unexpected and a very kind gesture. Great location, easy short walk to centre and waterfront. Free parking. Fantastic value for money.

The bed in the room I was staying in just needs checking. A slight issue to raise as everything else was exceptional for the price of the room.

The host was excellent. I appreciated having access to a microwave, iron and fan without asking. And the breakfast pack up was a nice bonus!

The extractor fan in the bathroom needed cleaning and there were a few hairs on the bathroom wall. The desk was a little battered but very minor details that could be easily rectified. It would also be nice to have a shampoo included as well as the bar of soap.

Staff were very friendly on check in. The hotel is in a central location but quiet and with free parking which was a great bonus. Breakfast was included with porridge, juice and pain au chocolates in a little bag which was lovely. The room was comfortable and a fan had been included during the heat wave which was a godsend! Towels and a bar of soap included. Any additional items could be grabbed from a “help yourself” at reception. Would definitely stay again.

Very very hot on the top floor, a fan was provided but on a hot day it seems to absorb the heat.

A complimentary breakfast bag was a nice touch. Staff were helpful, we had an issue with the shower which was fixed the same day we reported it. Didn't come by car but there was some parking directly outside. Despite being a little tired it was all clean and tidy.

Tricky shower. But worked great once had it was set right. Plus only a bar of soap each no complementary shower gels.

Was clean and very reasonably priced for a Friday night. We where accommodated in a good size twin room on the second floor room [17] Plus free complimentary breakfast bags with porridge a pain au chocolat and small carton of juice.
