Breakfast was good, had a nice variety. Staff were pleasant and polite while leading us to be seated for Dinner and Breakfast. Receptionist where very polite engaging and helpful. Our room was clean and had great spacing. The location was straight forward to get to with a lovely scenery along the way. There was so much to be done and explored. The leisure facilities was really good.

There was a bit of a funny smell in the lift, like essential oils and warm mechanics. It wasn't overpowering though.

Everything, it was perfect! The staff were all polite and helpful, the concierge gentleman were just such wonderful people, the hotel is beautiful and perfectly clean, the grounds were beautifully kept, the beds were so amazingly comfortable, I seriously struggle with sleep when im not home but I slept so well and even had a nap one day!

Truthfully nitpicking but these are the negatives we found. Wifi in the room was terrible, which caused difficulties for one of our party trying to work on location and the room layout wasn't the best for getting glammed to go out - no plugs or chairs near mirrors which meant sitting on the floor in front of the wardrobe getting ready. Rooms we stayed in were not part of the main hotel so were outside and some of the rooms were upstairs. I'm sure we would have been accommodated if we'd asked for ground floor rooms, but simply didn't realise so it was a lot of walking for my elderly in laws. If you don't have a car it's slightly awkward to get around. Fine to get from the hotel - there is an iPad linking to a taxi service, but can be slow. Harder getting back to the hotel because of the rural area. Again unlikely much the hotel can do, just a rural location but probably important for international visitors to know.

Beautiful stay in the Carden Park. Breakfast was one of the best ever, facilities are incredible, restaurant was stunning, room was huge with a large balcony and location was absolutely stunning. Spa and recreational activities look spectacular but believe them when they say book everything in advance!! By the time we got to the hotel there was little or nothing available for us - our fault not the hotel's.

This place is amazing and it exceeded our expectations. Great location and the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The food was beautifully done and nice presentation, good portions and everywhere was clean. The activities too were exciting and stirred our adrenaline lol 😆

Beautiful Estate in Cheshire . Very clever layout . Car parking right beside my room which was in one of the lodges. Just a few steps to the superb facilities . Large well equipped gym , fantastic restaurant and relaxing bars . The best hotel I have ever stayed in .
