Wi-Fi did not work during the 3 days of our stay. Beds were small for a 1.80 m height.

Staff, check-in and check-out were excellent. 20 minutes walk from royal mile. Quiet street and neighbors.

We absolutely loved our room – it was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The guest house is located in a very safe and quiet area, its close to everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The only thing I didn't like was the size of the ensuite. The toilet was squashed between the shower and basin. Hardly able to fit.

The manager was wonderful as was the cleaner. Pleasant, helpful and made us feel very welcome.

As far as i can Tell there was no lift which could be a Problem for Immobilie Persons.

Great value for Money! The guest House gives great Access to the Touristy area of Edinburgh, the room was Clean, and comfortable with enough space to put down the bags, there was an Electric kettle Provided, bath room was shared with one other Party, which was Fine, there was a fridge in the corridor, very practical. Staff was friendly and helpful, Shops and Cafés etc are Close by. Furniture is a Bit old and used, but otherwise great stay

    Nothing really

The room is really big with high ceilings, making it feel very spacious. The room is equipped with all basic stuff you will need for a simple stay. Don't expect anything fancy but with the price it's really good enough. It's located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It's outside of the tourist area which is a great benefit. After a day of the crowded downtown it's very nice to get back to a quiet neighborhood with local restaurants nearby. I highly recommend going to Saint Mary's coffee shop when they open at 8:30, only a few blocks away for a good and fairly priced breakfast. Quiet, wi-fi, good food, nice staff and a good cause. In the other direction from Atlas Guest House are the Botanical Gardens - also a fine place for a respite from the more touristic areas.

We thought we'd get water bottles as well. Can't fault the property otherwise.

The decor was great. The quality of the mattresses was great ,slept like a baby. No noise whatsoever. The hosts were brilliant. They also had stored our bags when we checked in early and checked out too.

Parking but its the centre of Edinburgh so its expected.

Cant believe this doesn’t have 10 stars already, first the location for the value of money you pay is ideal, its literally a walking distance from st james quarter, the cleanliness is spotless, the first thing my mum noticed is the fresh smell and its not just an air perfume you can literally smell and feel the cleanliness. The staff accommodated every request we had since i had an infant and an elderly mum so we needed a little more special care and they provided everything. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

Only one key was availible for our group consisting of 4 people so as we each split for a different trip during our stay it was a lil challenging to arrange our later meetup after the trips so we could go back to our room. But it made us wander the streets of Edinburgh a little longer so i cannot really consider this as a con. We were really satisfied :)

Everything went great! Great location, good value for the price. The owner answered all our questions prior our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommended 👍

The only little thing is that the mattress was very hard so didn't sleep overly well.

Due to the house being an old building there was only 1 plug socket for the kettle and the tv, so we had to put the kettle on the floor to make tea/coffee when the tv was on. Again, the high ceilings made the room feel cold (along with the shocking temperature outside), but although the heating system was on all day and night (thank you!) the room still felt cold.

The room was spacious with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The location was a 5-10 minute walk from the Theatre and St James Quarter, which was really good for us. There are a couple of restaurants and bars across the road, which was very handy. Tea/coffee/milk/sugar and biscuits were replenished daily, and can I just say...the salted car amel shortbread was an absolute treat! Thank you!

High ceilings and old windows so it was a little bit colder in the night but it is a tax for staying in a historical house with very good location.

A charming old house with nice details, very nice and helpful owner.
