Perfect location for both Whitley Bay & Tynemouth. Lovely host & an amazing breakfast. Room fitted a family of 5 perfectly, we weren’t on top of eachother & loved the views from our room!

The only problem was the bathroom every time I went in I had to turn sideways because the door hit the shower and the mattress is the old style spring and goes flat when you lay down, I slept ok on it though but you can feel the springs.

Mariea is lovely and can't do enough for you. Breakfast was great. Location right on the sea front. The room was clean.

Mariea was very helpful. She upgraded me to a better room, which was unexpected, and also extended the room for longer on the last day which was a real bonus.

The room was a little bit impersonal, but that’s a minor point really. Everything was essentially fine.

Nothing to dislike for our one night stay

The guesthouse host was a lovely,pleasant friendly lady,the guesthouse itself was lovely and clean,,breakfast was lovely we had a full English,cereal and pot of tea,the location was great too being just across the road from the sea and close to the shops.I'd happily stay here again.

We were disappointed that the room was not serviced during our 4 night stay, specifically there was no spare toilet roll and no replacement left in the room. Also there was no local information folder in the room.

Location was good and so was the selection for breakfast.

As we were staying fir 3 nights this visit We had a large holdall and There were nowhere empty it and had to scrabble about finding my and my husbands clothes Which I like to put in a chest of drawers or similar There was a few coathangers on a holder on a near wall for coats etc

The B&B is in a very good positon near bustops, too and from Newcastle and quite near shops and restaurants but not too near!!The staff are very helpful and Breakfast has a good choice and delicious.This was our 3rd visit for3 days this time,and in the Winter overnight to go to the restaurant at the Spanish City (The 1910) for some special nights with really Special food. ! We went this time for Sunday Lunch lovely too --and you feel Special Eating there!

Nothing much, they are so nice it is hard to criticise.

The location is great. Maria the owner is lovely and attentive as is the lady who works alongside her who's name I didn't catch. Ours was a very last minute booking and we got the attic room which was rather small but adequate for us. Breakfast was pretty good with a friendly ambience.
