Hills and stairs a bit steep but that's just for me due to having mobility issues but managed. good exercise 😂. would have liked washing products for the washing machine and maby a few more towels. but I understand that the owner could not get down to put new towels out due to ill health so no big deal but over all had a brilliant say would definitely recommend it.

Lovely apartment loved the four poster bed amazing views got to see a baby deer doe from window plenty of space even has a fire stick and dvds big kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils bowls plates cups glasses also tea & coffee and toaster kettle oven and microwave. not far to get into the town with plenty of shops near bye including a Co op and plenty places to eat even dog friendly ones.

no concerns, nothing to complain about

The host was lovely, we emailed the day before and she called just before we arrived to ensure all was well. The host only lives up the road from the apartment and said that if there are any issues she was happy to be contacted. The apartment is very well decorated, clean and comfortable. The apartment is well equipped with everything you may need on your stay, and the beds, sofa etc are very comfortable. We are looking at coming back next year.

Enjoyed my stay so much! Shower a little too hot for little ones but the bonus of a bath there to use too for the right temperature.

Plenty of hot water but a bit too hot at times in the shower but a minor gripe.

Not much, only thing I would say is the flat is up a short hill (steps at side to shorten) but so is mostly anywhere in Rothesay that isn't on the sea front. Wasn't a problem for us or if you are driving, only if you struggle with your mobility it may be an issue

Lovely spacious, quiet flat with amazing views, central to the ferry port, shops, pubs and restaurants. The host was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfy! Well equipped kitchen. Even better that it is pet friendly! Isle of Bute is a stunning island with friendly locals, fantastic walks, beaches and the views are wow from higher up. Totally recommend a visit, we will definitely be back soon as still loads to see and explore.

Nice big apartment with great views out the kitchen window. Host was great to and was only a call away or message if there was any issues. Only 5 miniutes away from the town centre. Nice big bedrooms and living room to and a big kitchen. Parking fine on the street to.

Everything about our stay was lovely. The accommodation was exceptional and felt like a home away from home. Amanda was very friendly and helped when needed. The apartment is located in a very lovely area and the views were breathtaking especially during sunsets. We certainly hope to return again next year. Rothesay is a beautiful place and such friendly people. We couldn't have asked for more.
