The power, fan and lights inside the pod were disconnected/went out at night, meaning it could get a bit warm.

    Pods felt comfortable and safe.

The place was still being refurbished/made ready, so service felt haphazard and reception were a little stressed. There was building work and noise during the day. Sinks hard to stay clean. Showers could be less school-gym. More ventilation needed in Capsule, so kept the shutter open mostly...

Fun location, literally roll out of the capsule into the main theatre district area of London and Soho. Lovely atmosphere on female-only floor, whether meeting each other and chatting, or private and quiet. Friendly, hard working housekeeping staff.

It’s still under construction, no cold water and the stairs are not finished. If you are in a female dorm then you have the entire 1st floor, but you can hear the music banging from the souvenir shop underneath. 1 hairdryer and the ceiling vents drip while sitting on the loo, no idea where it comes from. Locks are pointless as mine was broken from someone forcing it and bending it, so with a lock on I could still get in it. You need you card to go to the loo, mine feel out my pocket down the loo! The fan is right above your head and works but is very loud, I’d suggest taking a fan while asleep as it would do a better job if it’s hot. The showers were clean but leaked and so did the toilets so take flip flops. No full length mirror and no place to for more than 3 people to do hair and make up and the shelf is t big enough to put any make up, the light and mirror is The pod is good. Take extra hooks and suction cup hooks for extra hanging room. I also did t find anywhere to store bags or cases while in your pod?

There are no extra lockers for your stuff, if you want to lock things up while out you'll have to put them in your capsule which doesn't extend the size of the mattress. People don't want their suitcases on their bed obviously so the hallway was absolutely littered with everyone's belongings. If you DO want to look your capsule from the outside you need a padlock, if you didn't know that like me you'll have to purchase one for 5£ from check in. Check in was also very crowded, the lifts are slow so it's all very chaotic on arrival. Thankfully you can turn on AC in your capsule which keeps it from getting too hot and stuffy, you'll have to deal with the noise though. You also have a keycard but you won't need it, at least while I was there all the doors just opened anyway to anyone, which did not make it feel very safe. At least the doors from the lift to the dorms should be locked to keep out non-guests or even people from other dorms.

Does what it says on the tin. Extremely central, capsule looks as depicted and was very clean. The bathrooms are huge and kept clean, with lots of toilets and sinks and lockable shower cubicles as well. Stayed on an all-ladies floor which made it feel very safe. For a night or two you can't beat the price and location. I also liked that you can dim the light in your capsule and have a small sill/board at the head to keep things on as well as a mirror.

You need a padlock to lock your pod to leave your luggage and you can’t buy one, however, boots is just around the corner. It would have been good to know this in advance.

Location was fantastic, bed was comfortable and I felt safe being in an all female section.

I did find the capsule quite hot, and it wasn’t even in the peak summer heat. I was also really concerned about my suitcase, there is nowhere to secure it and anyone could just walk out with it as there is little security. The bathrooms were ok but the showers were annoying with the push button needing to be pushed every 5 seconds - I don’t know how you could wash your hair easily. I also had to be careful to keep my clothes dry in the cubicle. The sink water was too hot

The capsule itself was really comfortable. Very private and I slept very well.

The only thing was the showers! Not that they weren’t clean, but it felt that they weren’t clean because someone else was in before me and it was wet everywhere.

Capsule was too warm - the listing says air conditioning but it is just an extractor fan. There was some items under the bed from the previous guest - sanitary items and tissue. Bathrooms and showers could do with more regular cleaning. The roller shutter to the capsules can't be locked unless you bring your own padlock - They should be available on site at the very least.

Location and Value for money - Great spot and can't do better for the cost for sure. The pod bedding was clean and comfortable. A towel is provided. Nice being around other human being for s short while :-)

The lack of lock for leaving your things could be a problem if you need to leave your bags. The shower doesn't stay on so you have to press it but this was a minor inconvenience. There is obviously work happening to the building so that affects some of the other areas but for someone who is in and out this did not bother me.

Such good value, the best value I have found in london if you need one night and a clean private space. The pods for me 5,7 had enough room for me and my bag and had everything I needed inside. It was quiet, comfortable and a great central location.

The showers could have a slightly longer timer. 20 secs is not long enough to get shampoo out of your eyes. Apart from that, very clean and plenty of cubicles of both varieties

Fabulous and comfortable private accom. The fact I spent the previous week in dodgy hostel accom meant this private haven was well appreciated. Lockable pods with air con and great lighting in the heart of Londinium What more could one ask for?
