Parking near the flat isn't guaranteed so be prepared to park further in town and move closer later in the evening when the day trippers have gone home.

Fabulous place overlooking the harbour. Really quiet location with just the birds singing. Spotlessly clean with everything you need for self catering. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Shops all within walking distance. The nicest fish and chips I have ever had and reasonably priced too. Would totally recommend this apartment and hopefully will return one day.

The door lock malfunctioned and I fixed it. The help line was attentive and promised that somebody would attend. Somebody did (we were out) so I didnt see what they did and wasn’t told. I suspect somebody is going to find themselves Locked-out (or in). Heating control instructions are absent. google is helpful but adjustment is very complex. Heating works ok. The window with the main view out is double glazed and “blown” as had been mentioned previously Local youth enjoying the early hours on the pier side, the police were almost involved.

Location, location, location, functional and clean, parking outside the door but Busy times may be very different.

We didn’t use the kitchen much but a microwave would be a good addition - I think most people would expect this in an apartment. It would be nice if there was a bigger couch / sofa to relax on. Also the door was wide open with the key in the lock when we arrived rather than the lock box which I thought was strange. This felt a bit unsafe and some flies / beasties had managed to get in because of this but this was maybe just a mistake by the cleaner? No big deals though and overall it was 10/10. I would stay again!

Let down by the seemingly random selection of drinking glasses! A couple of matching wine glasses would have been nice plus a couple of whisky glasses ( we were in Scotland!) would have made all the difference. Otherwise everything was fine.

No instructions on how to use heaters and being self contained we thought a clothes washer should be one of the facilities offered

Wifi was poor, some of our devices were connected but with no internet. Living room is quite small but bedroom and bathroom are comfortable.

Location was perfect, with a lovely view on the harbour, restaurant next door and easy parking on the street. Bedrooms are facing the courtyard so pretty quiet.

we have stayed in this apartment on a few occasions, the location is amazing the hosts ensure the the apartment is spotlessly clean, could not fault this as a place to stay in Mull, will always book this apartment for our future stays 10 out of 10 all round

Just one little thing! Need more coat hangers as 4 isn’t enough and none for hanging trousers either. Just a small thing…..but it matters! Other than than we found the apartment brilliant.

For the price paid, it would have been nice to have had a tea towel and kitchen sponge provided and a little welcome pack of essentials such as tea/coffee/milk. There is no microwave. This would be a helpful addition given the small kitchen and limited equipment for cooking. The TV could have been better positioned on the wall to make it easier to watch comfortably. A couple of larger glasses for beer/pop would have been useful. Would benefit from additional lighting in the kitchen area as it is quite dark. Table mats need replacing as they are tatty and damaged.

Great location on main street so within walking distance of everything we wanted. Quiet at night. Compact apartment with a comfortable bed and good sized shower room. Okay living/dining/kitchen space. Great to have a fridge/freezer. Coffee machine is a nice touch but strange to have located in the bedroom.

No welcome pack; not even basic items for a cuppa on arrival or products in bathroom (which is very unusual nowadays). Basic, uncomfortable furniture in lounge with seemingly little attempt to make the apartment homely - a few pictures on the walls would help rather than a framed, hanging list of rules/regulations. The lighting in the dining/lounge area is of poor quality. Supply and demand made this the most expensive accommodation on our two week trip in Scotland.

The location is amazing - right on the sea front with easy walking access to shops, boat trips and coastal walk. The bedding and towels were lovely quality. The management company responded quickly (when I rang) to annoying, dripping tap in kitchen/lounge area and sent a plumber out within the hour. He had to return the following day to replace tap unit but fortunately we didn't have to stay in for that visit.

The lounge was arranged very oddly with a sofa looking at a,wall rather than the view. Quite basic facilities especially for the price charged

We liked the position very much and the accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable. Short walk to all local amenities which were varied and interesting.
