We had a fantastic stay at Burnbank BnB. It's super clean, all decorated gorgeously, the en-suite is massive and the view from the room is spectacular. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the bath towels are lovely and big and we loved the smell of the sea salt reed diffuser. The cooked breakfast was delicious and John catered for me being a vegetarian - first time I've tried vegetarian haggis and it was really good. John is the perfect host! Thank you so much for having us, we loved our stay!

A lovely warm welcome from host John who couldn’t have been more helpful. The B and B was lovely and in a perfect location for Tobermory. The cooked breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

The property was exceptionally set up. A lot of thought was given to the set up. Power points near mirrors. Exceptionally clean and tidy. John was a truly knowledgeable host who provided great insight into Mull with fantastic ideas on things to do to ensure we got the most out of our trip.

What a wonderful stay we had at Burnbank B&B. John was an first class host & great cook. The breakfasts were beautifully cooked & the haggis was a big hit with us. Our room was immaculate & the view was beautiful, especially as the sun came out. Great to meet Alfie too. John was a great source of information & gave us some great tips for places to visit whilst in Tobermory. We enjoyed Calgary Bay & the art sculpture trail, Aros Park & waterfalls, a walk to the lighthouse & a visit to Glengorm Castle & the standing stones before we left the area. John's recommendation for a meal at Cafe Fish was wonderful. Friendly welcome, great food & we sat outside to finish our wine - just perfect. (You do need to book in advance & its5cash only). All in all, a wonderful start to our visit to Mull.

Outstanding facilities and attention to detail. A really friendly welcome and superb customer service. It’s so refreshing after staying in other establishments in Tobermory which are trading on their past reputation with indifferent service. Also fabulous views.

Nothing, all was really great

John is a superhost, the room was cozy, very clean and with all the necessary, bed very comfy, big bathroom with seaview. The breakfast was cooked at the moment by John himself. He also provide us a lot of information and tips about the island, where to go, whats worth visit. We highly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, John was extremely helpful and offered great knowledge of Tobermory and Mull, in general. Breakfast was a pleasant experience with lots of choices. Our room was quite comfortable, nicely decorated and well-maintained.

I'd love to write something here, so it doesn't look like a fanboy review, but I can not come up with anything.

One of the best BnB's we have stayed over the years. John's incredible care about detail, being just lovely and making a great breakfast made the stay fantastic. You can probably get a review score of 8.5/10 with hard work, but the 9.9 this place has and deserves you only achive if your heart is fully in it. From my elderly parents to my wife and me, we all felt wonderfully being there.

Everything was excellent- spotlessly clean and fresh throughout and very, very comfortable. John was a great host and cooked a lovely breakfast each morning. Some very nice touches with the offer of binoculars for a trip and insect repellent available at the door added to the experience.

Warm welcome. Confortable, clean and super-nice room with a stunning but relaxing view. we especially enjoyed rich breakfasts, John's suggestions and kindness. Highly recommended if you want to feel at home even if far away.

We could not have been happier it was by far the finest place we stayed in all of Scotland during this trip. Everything was excellent. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There is a lovely and very friendly puppy named Alfie who loves to play ball if you would like to play with him!

We had a lovely stay at Burnbank BnB. It had everything we needed and more. John was a fabulous host and made us feel very welcome. The full Scottish breakfast was also excellent. Would definitely come and stay again.

Nothing everwhere we went clean and all locals friendly and helpfull.

Breakfast wonderfull,all you wanted and more set you up for the day. Very close to everything walk to harbour, shops,cafes, pubs. Nice easy cliff walk to the lighthouse stunning views. Other walks close slightly more challenging. Great place to visit. Host John was full of information and ideas. Will certaintly return when next in that area.

Bit of a hill if walking to Tobermory front 5 minutes but would be ok for most people

Hosts were excellent, nothing too much trouble for them. Nice room and good size comfy bed. Breakfast all freshly cooked with local produce as much as possible. Recommend it.

Clean, bright, attention to detail. Good breakfast and plenty of coffee. Large modern en suite. Comfortable bed, amenities topped up each day if required,all in all very good, we will be back.
