Nothing to complain about.

Location close to the beach front and to restaurant's and bars. Breakfast was cooked to order and was all fresh, good produce and more than adequate portions. Rooms are nicely decorated and bathrooms clean and spacious. Tea and coffee was at hand and replenished if requested. Steve and Jules are lovely hosts.

Parking can be difficult although the hosts work hard to ensure a safe location is found.

A Warm welcome into a loved and tastefully decorated Hotel. My room was perfect, as ive been unwell it felt like a healing hidden away safe sanctury. The location with the peir at the bottom of the street made getting anywhere so easy yet it was a tucked away location

Wonderful to return to the fabulous Burleigh House. Jules and Steve are excellent hosts, the rooms are furnished to a very high standard, and breakfast is delicious. I had quite a lump in my throat when leaving…….x And a special mention for the exquisite flowers on the front.

Perfect B&B, great location. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with really useful extras such as coffee making facilities & hairdryer. Julie & Steve were friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Cooked breakfast was lovely & could be tailored to suit any appetite, lots of other options if a cooked breakfast is not for you.

Amazing place that caters for veg/halal option, Jules and Steve amazing people friendly, helpful and always available. Breakfast cooked as you want it to perfection. Rooms amazing nice clean with amazing views, spacious enough to have a prayer mat also.

Steve and Julie are fantastic hosts. Made me feel very welcome and loved having a chat. The full English breakfast is gorgeous. Will keep you going for most of the day. Delicious. Easy walking distance for anything in Llandudno. Close to tram for the Great Orme.

A lovely B&B with friendly owners! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. We had a great en-suite room with a comfortable bed, a welcome tray and toiletries. The cooked breakfast was super and there were plenty of other options available as well. Highly reccomended!

The matress for me was a bit hard but that’s my preference

I have stayed at the hotel many times and have Always enjoyed my stay. Both Steve and Julie are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is 10 out of 10. The hotel is spotlessly clean.
