United StatesRooms are very small, claustrophobic in fact. The bathroom is not much more than a closet. Registration staff was curt to the edge of rude which is shocking as we have found the whole of Scotland to be incredibly friendly. We tried to make registration for dinner through their website for over a week, trying multiple days and times. It kept telling us they were too busy to accept our reservation. We called the day before our arrival and found that has openings for nearly every hour and every day. Poor management. Hoping the food is better.

United KingdomThe draw back, it is not available on much sites to book and falls outside my company booking policy or would use more often. You can book direct but for ease of use I use the same app while travelling the country.
I’ve used this hotel several times for work. The food is always well made and really good. The chefs are in front of you cooking the food providing a nice touch. I had my wife with me who asked to come on the work trip again if staying at the hotel. Rooms are good enough and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

I didn't have breakfast due to the early starts to my working day and so can't rate it. I have stayed at this hotel before because it is within easy access to Peterhead where I was working. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

United KingdomWe asked to get the toilet seat fixed but it wasn’t done. Think they are understaffed at the moment and think when they get fully back to normal things will be great. Will definately be back.
The location had been used to house refugees for a few years. It has just had a soft reopen but the staff were so accommodating and helpful. The food was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms we were in were refurbished but think there are still some areas that need TLC.
