The restaurant, bar and service are first class. Twice I've stayed here in the past few weeks and both times it's impeccable. Highly trained staff who actually want to and excel at providing service. Food is delicious and all your Scottish seafood favourites

Location

Rooms are very small, claustrophobic in fact. The bathroom is not much more than a closet. Registration staff was curt to the edge of rude which is shocking as we have found the whole of Scotland to be incredibly friendly. We tried to make registration for dinner through their website for over a week, trying multiple days and times. It kept telling us they were too busy to accept our reservation. We called the day before our arrival and found that has openings for nearly every hour and every day. Poor management. Hoping the food is better.

Breakfast good but I'm fussy with eggs!

Shower use had a plug hidden to the side of the wardrobe outside the bathroom to operate it, maybe a sign or tell folks where it is would help on check in.

Staff very friendly. Room excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Evening meal and breakfast was excellent.

The place needs an uplift, the rooms have too much very old furniture in them. The shower was a mira shower out of the 60s

The rooms and rest of the hotel are always spotless. Great WiFi and food is fantastic. Particular mention for the faultless breakfasts, made to order.

I always book this hotel when staying in Peterhead.

I’ve used this hotel several times for work. The food is always well made and really good. The chefs are in front of you cooking the food providing a nice touch. I had my wife with me who asked to come on the work trip again if staying at the hotel. Rooms are good enough and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

The draw back, it is not available on much sites to book and falls outside my company booking policy or would use more often. You can book direct but for ease of use I use the same app while travelling the country.

Great staff, very personal reception and treatment. You are not just a room number, but a person in their hotel. Great atmosphere and treatment.

Not really an issue as such, but the room was a little bit too hot for my liking (thermostat did work, but was very sensitive)

Staff were exceptional. Special mention to Jason and Maureen who went out of their way to make the experience as good as possible. Well done both.

I didn't have breakfast due to the early starts to my working day and so can't rate it. I have stayed at this hotel before because it is within easy access to Peterhead where I was working. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall I couldn't really fault anything.

Rooms are big, clean, smell fresh.

The bathroom in my room had a slippy floor, the bath- mat would move when climbing out of the bath/shower and I walked in with socks on and slid.
