The location wasn’t too far from town , the breakfast was excellent, the place was spotless the couple who ran it where lovely and accommodating .

The staff/owners of Brooklyn immediately made us feel welcome. They carried our suitcase upstairs for us and showed us where extra amenities were. We were able to park our car free of charge outside the guest house. Our room was very comfortable and we had great sleep. The free wi-fi and YouTube (plus other apps) on the TV were a great bonus. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. Although we didn't use the bar in the evening, we were impressed that Brooklyn had this available.

We was unaware how steep the stairs were next time will ask for lower floor. But other than the stairs which can't be helped in old properties everything else was a 5*from me. Thanks . Highly recommend

There is no elevator to the second floor, a bit tiring.

The owner and his wife are really wonderful. They greeted us with a smile and we were quickly given our rooms. The location is close to shopping, but to get to Pleasure Beach you have to take the tram. The bed and towels are clean. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. English breakfast includes eggs, beans, mushrooms, butter, tomatoes, cereal, juices, jam, tea and coffee.

The owners at Brooklyn hotel were very friendly and welcoming ,very clean room i slept well the bed was very comfortable ,I would recommend staying here Brooklyn hotel is quiet only a few minutes to walk to the beach . I liked that it wasnt on top of the noisy party life of Blackpool having said that everything isnt to far to walk to .The breakfast was really nice ,peaceful dining room also the price for the hotel was really good with breakfast included ,I would defiently stay here again I can't fault anything .

Cant fault our room for the money , floor boards a bit creaky in the bathroom but is an older building so cannot complain.

For the money this hotel is a little gem. The proprietors were lovely and nothing was too much. The breakfast was outstanding. Cereal, juice and full breakfast which you can choose what you want and was even asked if you wanted more drinks and toast! The breakfast room was very airy and not on top of each other.
