Place was perfectly located for going to White Hart Lane for a concert Bus stop right outside and owner does provide a sheet or info of how to get places Its located within 10 minutes of the m25 so no heavy traffic issues and very easy to find Loads of free on street parking Room was huge , lovely big bed The owner Andy is fantastic and so friendly , always having the kettle on the boil ! Only very minor downside for some would be lack of ensuite ( there is one available and I'll book that next time ) Would I stay again , to be honest I wish the wife had come down with me and would've stayed there another 4 nights Can't recommend the place enough And its a bargain price for London !!! Shared bathroom facilities won’t suit everybody - it worked fine for us aside from a bit of a queue for the showers in the morning with multiple guest rooms all booked, but didn’t impact the quality of our stay!

The hosts are incredibly welcoming - we visited for a concert at Tottenham stadium and the hosts had prepared guides to local buses and trains to be able to get to and from the event the most efficient way, which made our experience loads better! The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

I honestly cannot think of much.. not an issue from the property itself but more of a poor judgement on my part! My pregnant sister struggled to get up and down the stairs but again can’t stress enough this was poor judgement on my part not the property!

The owners were very friendly and gave a lot of information on the local areas with activities and places to dine! Rooms were clean and weren’t too hot when trying to sleep especially this time of year! We were offered tea/coffee/water upon arrival and were showed to our rooms rather than being left to try and locate them ourselves! Lovely quiet neighbourhood too!

Only thing was the en-suite was very tight and breakfast was not provided even though it stated on the Booking.com page that it was. Also tea/coffee wasn’t available in room, but we could use the family kitchen downstairs .

Room was very clean and hosts very friendly, parking on street in front of property felt safe and High street was just around the corner for cafes and restaurants- tried Deraliye restaurant which was excellent . Bed was comfortable.

Andy and his wife were very hospitable. The location was on the outskirts but walking distance to the tube. The Piccadilly line is a straight shot to and from LHR which was very convenient.

Everything was perfect.

I had a very long day filming in the city, when I got to the house, it was clean, warm, and the owners made me feel welcome and at ease. I had an early start, and wish I could've stayed for breakfast, but I had a fantastic night's sleep, it was very comfortable. I woke up feeling refreshed. The bathroom and shower were fantastic too, fully stocked. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay. I'll definitely be using it again.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the room on this occasion and made the choice to return home due to timing. Having used the hotel on several occasions its always been an excellent amenity in the area!
