Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Friendly staff, everyone went above and aboard to accommodate us, we did like the first room given, was given another. Had issues with spa and treatment times and everyone went above our expectations to rectify this. Defiantly coming back.

CanadaStaff were not rude, but were not particularly engaged or welcoming either. Also, while the room was large and comfortable it was also quite dark. It needed more lamps, given the lack of overhead lighting.
This hotel was a pleasant, but unexpected find for us. Very cool location, particularly if you are a car enthusiast. With the Brooklands museum around the corner; the Mercedes-Benz experience center right next door; and close to all the amenities you could want - including proximity to the motorway - staying here made for a really unique experience. Our room was comfortable and really quite large, which we loved after 15 days staying in much smaller spaces. Breakfast was good, though a little expensive for what you got.

IrelandLoads of lighting in rooms but still very dark. Aspire to be green but no natural ventilation, so air con used. On the first night, there was a lack of staff who were under a lot of pressure. Needs some outside space
The hotel was lovely and clean. Rooms spacious and very comfortable. Any staff we dealt with were very friendly but rushed off their feet.

We kept telling her that the spa access was paid for but her response was she couldn't be bothered to look at the new system which is terrible to say to the customer. She done this to a few other customers as well she is bringing that hotel down someone needs to look into that

IrelandBreakfast was very poor. Food was bland. Some items were missing not replaced by staff. Bacon was awful. Swimming in liquid and undercooked. Mushrooms were bone dry. Staff were preoccupied with cleaning up and clearing out the breakfast room as it was 10am Rather than looking after the guests. All chatting together and prepping. Tables for lunch. Ignoring guests. The breakfast completely let this lovely hotel down.
