There could have been more storage, especially for clothes. Perhaps a chest of drawers?

The whole experince was brilliant. Great value for money, amazing location - perfect for a weekend get away or even longer… The barn is modern and clean. The walk-in, waterfall-like shower is a treat! The beds were really comfy. The hosts were approachable and accommodating. In short, couldn’t have had a better experience and worth every penny. Look no further if you want to stay in Norfolk. We have been recommending to our friends and will definitely be back!

Small things would make a big difference: the mattress needs a topper (think another review says that) and 100% cotton sheets and duvet cover. Poly cotton not comfortable. Blackout linings on the windows would prevent dawn wakening for those who are light-sensitive!

Very well designed and equipped. Great shower and lovely large bathroom. Easy drive into Norwich. Terrace perfect for the right weather and such a quiet location! Walks directly from the property.

The property was amazing! Only issue as an owner of a lowered car the gate bracket in the middle of the gate caught the car when leaving the property! But that was my only niggle!

Oddly the thing I liked about the Barn became a bit more awkward. The spiral staircase looks amazing but when u need a wee at 2am n it’s dark those stairs are a bit risky!!! Haha

The barn was very modern and exceptionally clean. Lovely location in the countryside, less than 20 minutes to Norwich. Very quiet, a great place to relax. Enjoyed watching the ducks and geese and wildlife. Had a lovely few days away, and we will definitely book again. The hosts also left us a welcome basket, which was a nice touch.

Just to note that future guests who are less able to get up and down from normal height seating may wish to bring a seat pad with them (we did and used it all the time).

We needed accessible accommodation as one of us has limited mobility - this accommodation was perfect. We only used the downstairs bedroom, so everything we needed was on the ground floor, including the lovely spacious bathroom with its large shower (with a grab handle and seat). It's the perfect accessible place for a quiet, relaxing break.

Just back from a weekend stay in Barn No1. Absolutely no expense spared on this superb barn conversion. Immaculate inside and out. Great facilities and a nice touch of a welcome hamper on arrival. Christmas tree was up and made it even more cosy. Hosts have thought of everything!! Great communication from Heidi. (Roxy the horse in a paddock onsite was a very welcome added bonus!!!). Ordered a lovely breakfast from nearby Ellie-Mais Cafe which was delivered to the door. If you require a taxi ABC are great and have an app. ( But pre book as townies like us assumed we could just call and one would arrive on demand. Obviously not the case in a village !!! ).

We had the most wonderful stay. One of us uses a wheel chair and found it so comfortable. The downstairs bedroom is a real asset. The setting is perfect overlooking the fields. The hamper was such a lovely touch. We spent the day in Norwich shopping. Lovely hosts, thank you so much

Beautifully furnished, modern holiday rental with everything you need: huge shower, great terrace with BBQ grill and safe parking space inside gated property. The hosts were super responsive and thoughtful as well. A lovely welcome basket awaited us, which was very much appreciated after a long journey. We'd definitely recommend this place!

Lovely property in a very quiet relaxing location. Had everything we needed and more! So thoughtfully done and very clean and spacious. From the amazing shower to the outdoor decking with stunning views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brooke View Barns.

We loved it from arrival all the way to departure. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. The place was amazingly well kept. At arrival, we were greeted by a hamper of goodies and a really cosy place. There were so many nice touches all around. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was also amazing. They had all the utilities we needed to make it an easy week. The host also was super helpful, always giving us suggestions, and they even brought us a grill to use.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, hosts were friendly and helpful. Amazing farm shop 5 minutes down the road. Place was immaculate and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch the children loved it as much as us! Hosts have thought of everything and included leaflets about local attractions and games for the children were also available. Can't fault anything, we loved every minute of our stay!

Fabulous hosts, very friendly and helpful. Exceptional property and location. Spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. Comfy beds and excellent amenities. Beautiful village nearby. The view was spectacular! It was a hot weekend and fans were provided, although the accommodation was so well insulated, it kept out the majority of the heat.
