Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Australianotified staff of air conditioner problems on first day, but maintenance never came.
Location close to Bayswater and Queensway stations, making travel easy, although we like to walk alot, so proximity to Kensington Park was a bonus for us. Room was larger than we expected, and bathroom was small but good, with great shower pressure. Staff were just a phone call or WhatsApp message away. There is a lift, which helps with luggage.

The room was like a matchbox. Literally. I know it is London, but this was like a broom closet. It was clean and thank god there was a window. The location is amazing. I would stay here again, in a bigger room. They also let us store our bags on arrival and check out, so that was good.

They had warned me of this which was good but the early start and close proximity meant I had to keep my blind down all day and the quiet room was no longer quiet. Again it is not the property’s fault. They had done what they could to warn me but it did have an impact.

Our room in MSK Elite was very clean, beds were comfortable and shower (albeit small) was hot. Three beds in a row might not suit everyone. Another room, with view to the three beds had a double bed and the table and chairs. Small kitchenette worked. Suit family or group. Train and buses close by. Bag storage available if unit not ready.

The property was as expected in terms of facilities, but the balcony feature was beautiful. The building is quite secure and staff are very friendly. It’s very close to two tube stations. Some restaurants along with grocery stores. You can get pretty much in the neighbourhood and very very good location, close to all the main attractions.
