United Kingdomroom was fine but wondered if it had been looked at recently as there was only 1 coffee cup , and half a dead wasp on the bathroom floor which wasn't fresh ? also when i went too take a tissue there only 2 in the box.. Just a little more attention to details really small things . But our stay was good overall . its our 1st stay and would stay again if in the area.Staff were really good .
check in was quick nice staff and checked in early as requested . restaurant food was nice , although my husband wanted his steak well done but it wasn't quite there . very nice wait staff service was fairly quick . food was good .

The staff are lovely, the rooms are quiet and spotless, and it's easy to get parked. Best of all, it's easy access into south London for visiting our folks in Camberwell and Sydenham.

United KingdomOnly one, small and very dated lift and unless it was used it was difficult to find the room because the hotel was like a maze. Our room was very dated and in need of a paint and a new carpet. To be fair though, we did book the cheapest room and the price was very reasonable.
A good breakfast which was included, and helpful, welcoming staff. A comfortable bed and a nice, if small, bathroom. Good value for money.

United KingdomThe water pressure from the shower was quite poor. The difference in height from the car park to the road caused damage to my front bumper - the road is so much lower than the car park that no matter how slowly I exited, the front of my car would scrape along the ground and damage the bumper. And the parking was awful - there were often spaces, but the actual state of the parking by other guests often left many spaces unusable. I have attached some photos - the parking was incredibly poor and the hotel should really police this better.
The hotel is a lovely building, the rooms are very clean and well-cleaned every day, and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in a hotel.
