Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was leaking occurring in the main foyer of the hotel which made it smell and also not very aesthetically pleasing for guests waiting to check in. Dripping water from the ceiling and buckets to catch it. The floor was slippery and posed a accident risk.

United KingdomThe bed and mattress weren’t comfortable at all.The room was very hot which meant we had to have the window open as wide as possible! Unfortunately the massive air conditioning unit fans were right under the window which meant the noise all night was incessant and very little sleep !
Helpful staff throughout the hotel although understaffed in the cafe and kitchen where again the staff were fab but under pressure.

There are sets of steps which could be ramps and although there are stair lifts these don't work when in a wheelchair. The accessable rooms are also on the 2nd floor and there is only one small lift which means they're impossible to access if the lift is out of service.
