Brighton House is wonderful and homely, the staff are very friendly and attentive and the simple yet delicious buffet breakfast sets you up for the day.

The host was very welcoming. Our room 39 was very spacious and well equipped with extras you don’t always get, like a fan and iron and ironing board. Breakfast, continental with plenty of choice and friendly service. We will definitely return!

The breakfast was amazing but not to my taste but my wife loved it .. I still managed to find a few things I liked so was no major problem as I didn't go hungry..

Location is excellent and really close to pubs and restaurants. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Nice, friendly staff, well positioned a minute from the beach, next to lots of restaurants on Preston St & close to the town centre shops & bars. Everywhere was clean, the room & en suite were good with a comfy bed & there was a wide choice for ( continental) breakfast. Recommended !!

Iron was warm at best , shower water can be luke warm by the late afternoon.

Nice breakfast, quite a choice between cereals and cold fish and meats , boiled eggs , toast and croissants, service is excellent and they can’t do enough to help .

Stairs, but we were aware before we arrived . Concerned how we would get out in an Emergency. Fire escape looked very unsafe and a slight concern .

The water pressure in my shower wasn't the strongest - hardly a deal-breaker.

Location slightly west of the city centre, but Brighton is compact, so I could do everything I needed on foot. i360 is on the doorstep and was a fantastic way to start my trip. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Large bedroom was equipped with everything I needed, and was cleaned daily. Good continental breakfast buffet, with delicious home-made yogurt.

A full length mirror in the room would of been good

Great location for everything in Brighton. Very clean and comfortable . Shared a twin room with my sister, plenty of room. The bed was so comfortable. Tea / coffee facilities great. Buffet style breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, all very fresh 😋 Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Brighton House and will definitely stay again

The furniture in our room (No. 46) was a little tired. We stayed on the top floor and there were a lot of steps, but we knew this when booking.

We loved staying in this historic B&B in busy buzzy Brighton. Room was small but comfortable bed and a lovely modern bathroom. Staff were great and breakfast was varied and delicious. Location was minutes from thd seafront and lovely restaurants and cafes nearby.

Love the ambience in Brighton house and this is my 3 time back here and I had a room with a balcony which made my stay even better , as a solo traveller I feel comfortable staying here and I could sit on balcony in the evening people watching

Reception closes at 20:00; I had indicated 18:00 for arrival but arrived after 20:00, so the key was left outside (my own fault for not updating them)

The staff were really friendly, available and welcoming. They greeted us when we arrived, explained everything clearly, and allowed us to drop our bags. The B&B was peaceful and had a homely feel. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage and good facilities (kettle, hairdryer). Breakfast was really good - plenty of choice and went way beyond the basics. It's well-located and easy to walk anywhere. Would absolutely recommend!
