Delicious dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, which overall has a very well-kept and welcoming setting. A beautiful hotel with kind staff.

Some details in the rooms could be improved, such as the aluminum bathroom fittings, which were rusty.

Lovely estate property with character, staff were exceptional helpful, friendly and very accommodating Food was delicious Would recommend

We stayed in one of the compact double rooms it was small but adequate however would not stay in this size room again

Location was perfect . Room was ok Staff was helpful and packed is a breakfast pack because we left early. Breakfast was really nice.

Our shower water was not flowing , so we had to stand in the shower water . Hope they get it fixed.

Comfortable room, warm, friendly staff, good food - evening meal and breakfast. Nice walks close by for walking the dogs.

Some road traffic noise, on saying this the hotel is in a great location for exploring the Island.

I love this hotel. Since I booked my stay as separate nights, instead of all in one go, my superlative reviews for this place are already online. So just to recap: I loved this hotel and hope I get to go back. Everything there delighted me, from the comfort, to the views, to the garden, to the food, to the drinks selection at the bar, to the location, to the people who work there. A gem of a place!

The grounds were excellent. Great atmosphere.

The staff at Bridgend were outstanding and obviously well-trained. The hotel grounds are well-maintained and offered a great opportunity for a stroll. Breakfast and dinner meals were outstanding with a good selection of choices on the menu.

Possibly our mistake but we booked the smallest room and found it a bit cramped. In a future visit, we'd consider upsizing our room.

Lovely small property in an ideal location to explore Islay. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant which are both good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Our room was overlooking the road so there was some traffic noise.

Beautiful hotel in gorgeous spot. Rooms are amazing and bed is beyond comfy. Food is outstanding, we didnt want to leave.

We had to leave early due to a storm and cancelled ferry

Double beds are quite small.

Excellent choice of hot food - including vegetarian options. Lovely croissants & pastries also available. Serving Staff were pleasant & efficient. Housekeeping staff were friendly & interested in trip & gave us some useful information.

On arrival it would have been helpful to have more information on how we were to access breakfast area as we had a dog with us - we had a place set up in bar - which was great though.
