The decor needed updating and some fixtures in the room are really showing signs of age. Also, rooms not very soundproof - so could hear lots of noise (word for word!) from room nextdoor and room above.

Comfortable beds and room had all we needed. Staff were friendly and the bar / restuarant had plently to choose from.

The one thing that did spoil our stay and affected our sleep was the room above us, it sounded like a herd of elephants. Could hear every step, thumping and sounded like running! This happened for over an hour while we were getting off to sleep, 3 in the morning and first thing, there must have been a room full of children or a gym above us lol. If we stayed again we would ask for an upstairs room.

The staff was friendly on arrival. The room was clean, beds made neatly with clean white sheets, beds comfortable The room was spacious, was a bit outdated but clean. I thought it looked (cosy). My son was happy there was an indoor play area, that came in handy because it was raining so he had something to do while we waited to go out, once rain passed. Less than half hour drive to cleavdon, Weston and Bristol. It would have been even better if there was an outdoor playground too. The food was good value for money, it came out hot that is always a bonus for me. The kids enjoyed their 3 course meal especially make your own wraps and brownies.

Says on the website breakfast started at 7 so I payed for it and it opened at 8 which was too late for us as we had a flight , bridge inn said booking.com will refund the breakfast!

Nothing wrong with the property , but with being up early to get to the air port and having children with us it would have been nice if we could have had a breakfast before we left . Even cereal , porridge or bacon bap would have been nice for early starters. There is nowhere open from the hotel to the airport where you are able to eat. Just a thought!

Generous car park and hotel together. Our rooms were on the ground floor. Nice . Helpful and pleasant staff, restaurant and bar the plenty of room to dine. Once settled in we ent to the bar for a drink and played a few games of pool with the children before going to bed to get up early to get to the airport.

The hotel met all the expectations as it was a hotel used by the family to accommodate members attending a funeral so it offered all that was needed in the circumstances. Friendly but not overbearing.

All was as expected as we have stayed here before. Comfortable value for money hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend it to anyone just wanting a comfortable hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Comfort without ostentation. I would happily stay here again.

Room was very hot in the summer, no Aircon and windows fixed with small gap. We had brought fans due to the heatwave. Do the same if it's summer Breakfast is not great - best as the continental option.

A good sized room for the family. Really helpful cleaning staff. Plenty of easy parking. Very affordable with Genius discount.

It just cost a lot. Rooms are a little dated but that didn't bother me. I just needed somewhere to sleep for the night and the room served its purpose.

They very much appeal to the family market so expect lots of kids to be running around having fun.

The staff were very nice and helpful. I had to change the dates on my stay and they organised it for both nights, despite Booking.com not being helpful. It's location is near enough to the M5, so it's not much of a detour, but far enough away to be quiet. There is a reasonably priced bar/restaurant on site

Due to a changed hospital appointment I had to change 1 of my bookings twice. If Booking.com had been on the ball the Bridge Inn would have made the changes for free. Unfortunately due to Booking.com incompetence I ended up paying another £80.
