unfriendliness from cleaner

i booked double bed with shower ,,shower was very good clean ,towels were placed on bed mind you my partnar booked anothe 22nights but was nt offered anymore clean towels anain ,bed very comfy,cleaner blooked me on fb cos i wantedd my partner to have telly on but he is 60 and did nt know wot to do,cleaner was hardly there , smart large tv but could never get helpso he was in dark for most of his stay,decorated to good well did its job room had table and chair ,,lots of shops 3 minute walk away ,also close to town centre ,with great shops and also 24 hour tesco in town centre , just dont expect sleep and neighbouring tenets knock door all day and night ,shame it was nt the clear could of done with clean bedding tv working ,and clean towels

It was nothing like it was advertised and I am still waiting for my deposit of £50 back which was on top of the money I already paid which they insisted on and that it would be back in my account the following day. The room itself was very small and the place itself was down some back alley so not impressed at all

Garbage outside in front of the house Dirty room Radiator didn't work 100£ deposit way too high Prize for night too high for that area and for what you get at the accommodation Not the accommodationls fault, but when we left there was a knight fight on the streets so it's not the safest area to stay at.

I needed an early check in when explained l had come from night shift. I was told rules are rules. So slept in the car waiting for check-in time by then struggled to rest before work starting at 6pm ,

4pm is check in time. I had to call the host about 20 times to get the access codes, finally checked in an hour later at 5pm. Unacceptable. Upon entering the property there is a rancid smell of a combination of raw sewage and fly spray. The smell lingered in my nose, on my clothes and belongings for a day after. Unacceptable. There is a fruit fly infestation due to the unhygienic kitchen where rotting food can be smelled. Unacceptable. There is a long term tenant in the adjacent room. To top it off when I went to take a shower in the morning, there was no hot water. Unacceptable. I checked out after 1 night. Was supposed to be a 2 night stay hiking the brecon beacons. However cut short as I the place was making me physically ill. You deserve better. Please consider paying a little extra for something better. I lost out on £50 (1 night) for this disgusting scam room. I would hate for someone else to experience what I have.

The location is OK, people in the town are friendly, near the taff trail for walking and closer to brecon. Everything else is extremely disappointing, unhygienic, not fit for a human to dwell in for any amount of time.

The property was not fit for habitation, I walked in and walked straight back out, it was dirty smelt, stains on floor, pipes, exposed, mould shower, the list goes on, I have photo evidence of all points made

As above. Place is a dump. Shouldn't be sold on your website. Clearly says non smoking. Stinking of cigarettes and cannabis. Unhelpful owner just ignored my calls.

Nothing, code for the door didn't work. Strong smell of cigarettes and cannabis. People hanging around in the corridor, didn't feel safe and left.

Uncomfortably small. Complicated coded process to enter. Untidy and cluttered back door entry and hallway. Noisy uncomfortable location. Difficult parking on back streets.

Budget room, very clean and a stones throw from the Brecon Beacons. Definitely not fancy, room was what was expected. Sibren was awesome to deal with and communication was very good.

Absolute rip-off. Partially re-decorated. Mould and a line of fungus in the shower. Sink too small to wash more than hands in . Bathroom so cramped your feet were nudging the shower tray while using the toilet. Bedrooms curtains see-through. Just 1 electricity socket, tucked behind headboard and wobbling in place. Had to get on tip-toe to squeeze up one side of the bed. Most worrying - demanded deposit of £100 (Why? Total content could not possibly add up to £100) then took over 7 days + intervention by Booking.com to get deposit refunded. Do not touch with barge pole! No redeeming features whatsoever. Also - asked us for passport details! Why - we're from UK!! Deeply suspect. We refused.

Absolutely nothing. Worst place ever!! Marketing photos are very carefully posed to make room look acceptable, but entire place is a total disgrace. Entry via rubble-strewn back alley. Poorly done conversion from one small flat above shops into 3 very cramped separate rooms. Cheap plasterboard walls. Shoddily painted. A poorly-planned space, constructed by untalented amateurs.

Messages to and from host wasn't getting through so I had to direct message on the day to get access to the property

The outside of the property was unkept and untidy. It wasn`t a great impression if they couldn`t keep the outside tidy then what was the inside like?? After consideration I decided not to stay there.

I didn`t actually stay at the property. It took me nearly an hour to find. I hadnt been sent the key code to get in so upon arrival I couldn`t get in. Had to find alternative accommodation.

Ideal place to stay. Clean room with smart TV and great to have the shared kitchen to be able to prepare food. Will definitely stay again next time we have work in the area.
