Helpful host. Gave us good ideas for interesting places to visit. Also helped us out when our taxi to the port did not eventuate.

Room was a bit tight for space, especially as we had to carry quite a lot of gear.

Continental breakfast selection was excellent but only semi skimmed milk provided so could not have cereal. Whole milk would be a good idea. Our room was great and with a super view. Very comfortable bed but no socket near mirrir for hair dryer. Very minor though.

Perhaps a hook on main bedroom door for jackets and also inside bathroom door.

A warm welcome from Tracy was followed by many helpful moments. Tracy was a great host. The room was modern and well-maintained. The continental breakfast was served in a bright and airy room. Overall, a great facility.

Tracy is an excellent host. The bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed and a lovely shower. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location is incredible. Beautiful views and an easy walk into the town and to the lovely beach the other way. Plus plenty of hills to ramble in.

Only 1 room faces the sea number 1.we were in number 2 en suite. The room was quite small but very nice.,a lot of storage if your staying a while. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower was good apart from, due to the very bright light in there there ,needs to be a blind on the window and possibly the glass door, the bathroom was overlooked by neighbouring houses., don't have the light on. The breakfast despite its a DIY job had a great deal of choice and certainly set you up for the day. The host was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. On the whole a great place, would stay again.

The budget room was very comfortable with a lovely view over the bay

We knew were getting a shared bathroom, which was for our own use outside the room but the downside was that there was nowhere to hang our towels except a one small unheated towel rail .

A very enjoyable 3 night stay. The host was very friendly. The accommodation was well presented and the en-suite bedroom was very clean and comfortable. The self-service continental breakfast was very good with a wide choice including fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, bread, cheese, juices. There was ample space for on-site parking. The location, near Ganavan Sands a former WW2 seaplane base, is good. It is quiet, scenic and convenient (8 minutes by car or 14 minutes by bus to the centre of Oban). We would stay here again when visiting the area.

Our room had a "mountain view" which was facing houses. The rooms with a sea view would have been good with good sunsets but were already taken.

The owner went out her way to help make our stay more comfortable. We would stay there again

This is NOT a dislike, but the bathroom was outside the room, which we did not realize at the time of booking.

Lovely room with a view. Free parking on premises. Host helped us to book a morning taxi to catch ferry to Mull. However taxi did not show up, so she drove us down herself. We appreciated it very much!

We did not realize breakfast was self service. There were eggs to boil on our own. No other hot or cooked items or cold cut deli meats. There was cheese, yogurt, milk, bread, cereals, butter, honey, jams. Future guests should be made aware as they may expect full service breakfasts. Bathroom sink was extreme small.

The most beautiful room from the bedroom window. The standard of the bedroom was very high with nice little extras such ironing board, iron, fan and chocolates on the bed and some fresh fruit. Breakfast was serve yourself with a good range of choice. We enjoyed some beautiful yoghurts, orange juice, a big range of cereals were available, and plenty of toast. Freshly ground coffee was enjoyed as was a boiled egg. Excellent.
