Proximity to racing track - loud and full of fumes. We might get unlucky with racing event as on our previous stay that was not that bad.

We really enjoyed our stay (1 night) : the staff was welcoming, the spa facilities were really nice we could use them for 2 days and they often were empty, the restaurant was a very nice surprise with delicious food and the room was big and comfy. We really enjoyed this spa break!

Lack of staff when came to eat with ending up in delays or ordering and paying,overhearing arguments between staff. Kids in the over 16 section of the spa no one to monitor it.

Pillows a little too high. Could do with better wall insulation. Breakfast upto 9.30 is quite early! Not very relaxing if you want a chilled start.

Difficult to contact by ‘phone prior to stay. Noisy grounds next to Brandshatch/motorway. Uninspiring menu for evening meal. Could do with more useable sockets in executive rooms ie we charged 2 ‘phones and plugged in kettle, meaning no socket for hairdryer (and no mirror near socket). Some other sockets weren’t uk compatible. EV charger was blocked by 2 drivers using the parking space (but not chargers). Reception should insist on taking number plates of guests in order to contact drivers when cars need to be removed (no rapid EV chargers locally otherwise).

Set in lovely grounds. Friendly staff. With a couple of exceptions, the rooms were very well considered. Enjoyed the pool and spa, and EV charger on site

Very pricey. The female staff were very friendly and professional. One male member of staff was not. I didn’t appreciate being called my lovely or any other feminine remarks by a male . It made me feel uncomfortable

Nothing to not like but we were in a room on the ground floor and unfortunately the person above us was quite noisy and the floorboards creaky. It would have been nice to have had some nuts and seeds for breakfast and more of a granola type selection. The yoghurt which stood on its own wasn’t particularly cold. Having said that overall the breakfast was good

The breakfast waiting staff and the bar waiting staff were very attentive. The reception staff were very helpful and cheery. In particular the reception manager Iva who was super helpful and cheerful. The spa reception staff were very helpful too and the spa was nice and quiet.

breakfast wasn't great value (for vegetarians at least) & would be great if the hotel worked on having some relationships with local taxi services as travel to the near-by vineyard etc isn't ideal in terms of wait time & price.

Dinner was less interesting than I would have expected from this hotel brand, though perfectly nice. Insufficient shelves in room bathrooms for guests' toiletries.

Location perfect for Brands Hatch circuit, in tranquil grounds. It is an attractive property with good-sized rooms and excellent, friendly staff.

Bar and food quite expensive. Double bed a bit small. Would love a small fridge in room. Lighting needed on both sides of bed.

Our original room was quite noisy which is why I marked it down slightly

We had travelled down from scotland at the last minute, we arrived late but the man at the check-in made us feel very welcome. In the morning, Christina was our server for breakfast she went above and beyond despite being really busy and also went the extra mile. The original room we had was a bit noisy so Aina the receptionist had accommodated us and we moved rooms, she also helped us with our restaurant booking for family we hadn't seen for a while. Caroline in the restaurant was fantastic, food was great, lovely relaxing atmosphere we left late, but she was still really friendly and definitely didn't rush us despite it probably being well after her shift! Grounds are amazing, and it was dog friendly despite us leaving him with family

Service wasn’t the best in the bar where we chose to have dinner. Lacked atmosphere.

Very pretty hotel and grounds, location was good. Spa was lovely. Food was good. Breakfast served in our room was excellent. Receptionist very helpful and friendly.
