Communication wasn't clear, that the toilets for .y booked room was outside the room and not inside attached. 1 single bathroom and toilet was used by more than 15 people in the morning time making it unusable, as the checkout time was 10 am.

Location was good. Good cleanliness. Good beds.

The toilet and shower are together in a very small room,a struggle to get into shower.The hosts never introduced themselves.

Very cold at night and no additional blankets in the room. No hairdryer. Would be good to have tea/coffee facilities in the room itself. Although there are signs to ask otherwise after 11pm, other visitors very noisy late at night. Also could hear people walking around in rooms upstairs. Just needs finishing touches in rooms and bathroom to make it more welcoming..

Very close to town which we needed for the event we were attending and short walk from beach. Friendly greeting on arrival. Clean bedding.

Parking for 3-4 cars, so had to park elsewhere for one day, but there is parking in the surrounding streets, so wasn't that much of an issue. No Marmite for my toast in the morning, I am not sure this is an actual problem, but if there was Marmite....you know, happy bunny :)

The location of this hotel is perfect; it is a 10-minute walk to the beach and just 5 minutes from the high street. The room was basic but perfect for what we needed, a private bathroom and shower.

Noise in the hotel travelled a lot. Room very very warm, could have done with a fan. Door made a knocking noise all night. All contributed to a poor nights sleep. Window was a bit broken, plug socket a bit broken. Was not a comfortable overnight stay. Parking very limited (3/4 spaces). Also had my mother stayed with me as planned, it would have been too many stairs.

Room was large. Sink in the room was handy. Plenty of storage. Location was good if you want Boscombe town and short walk for Boscombe beach.

Old blood stains on duvet cover which she did change. Top floor. Bathroom was so small couldn't bend down to pick up towel.

No real parking space but not so hard to find a place to park. If you are tall/big the showers might feel tiny. But overall nothing major to point out.

Being able to check in quite late was a plus. Outdoor space for breakfast was great. Coffee, tea, orange juice and toast are included. Location is always pretty great.

I think Sinks in both rooms were blocked,need attention and also toilet flush need fixing in one of the room with private toilet

Even though it was a bit of mixed up with our room/bed requests ,i felt welcomed and housekeeper (Kim) was wonderful and very helpful.It was a Homely feeling .they have a small garden and a living room chilling area and tea / coffee available which was amazing for families.

we had a small double room, with 1 draw unit and no wardrobe for hanging clothes, no tea making facilities in the room but there is a communial tearoom downstairs , the bathroom was tiny, i wouldnt have been comfortable if i had booked it for a weeks holiday, also the hotel doesnt do any catering / breakfast which was mentioned on booking .com the owner was friendly and theres a nice sitting area in the garden. i,d say it,s ok for a work stopover but not as a holiday base.

My wife, my daughter and I only stayed one night, we had a problem, the toilet was blocked and we had to go down to another floor to use the other toilet. I didn't have any other problems and I can't really evaluate it because I only stayed one night and left before breakfast.

I liked the location, it is very close to the beach.

The floors needed some hoovering and the area was a bit dodgy with some interesting characters around.

The communal showers were really good and they had an area to make teas and coffee. It was quiet and the owner was very nice!

Everything need up Grade in the bedroom tv and room service too

The bathroom had a smell in it. No coffee and tea in the bedroom sheet on the bed had hole in it and wasn't iron out .and the tv was a old tv .no cable station it need to up Grade and noises people standing outside ur door.chatting very loud in the morning I won't be stay there again.

Fair walk into Bournemouth but I should probably have done a bit more research and I quite like a stroll anyway. Cab back from Bournemouth town ctr around £7 before midnight so didn't break the bank!

Did what it said on the tin👍 Perfectly comfortable as somewhere to put my head down over a stag wkend.
