Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomWe like cooking our own food and found the kitchen facilities limited. There was no spatula for getting food out of the very small frying pan. There was also no strainer for vegetables, no baking tray in oven. A cafetiere and a teapot would have been ideal.
Clean,comfortable with plenty of space. Good area near shop and bus stop. Make sure you get the up to date bus timetable and ask for a transfer ticket if travelling further than St. Helier. Had a problem with the safe, and it was sorted immediately by ringing the hotel.

There were French people in the ground floor smoking weed! Smell dreadful!! Parked too close to our car and they were noisy!!!!

United KingdomWe stayed in an upstairs apartment and it was noisy with the doors resounding around the apartment. People staying opposite us were smoking on the stairs which was unpleasant. We thought this was a strict no with the rules. No placemats for putting on glass-top dining table if serving hot food. Just a footnote: Just to let people know that we stayed here last year at the same time in May and it has gone up in price by £29.50 per night. Last year we payed £122.50 a night, this year £152.00. We had not seen any noticeable improvements. Even though we like the apartments on the whole and the general location, pricewise it is now becoming too expensive, not unlike the Island on the whole.
Comfortable bed. Clean environment throughout. Bath and shower were good with plenty of hot water.

United KingdomDVD was not connected to the TV (no lead). Unable to use Netflix on the TV. Kitchen could do with a strainer/colander. Not much of a patio/bbq/sitting out area. Would have been nice to have some tourist information (ie a map of Jersey and/or St Helier) in the property on arrival.
Clean, bright, airy and comfortable. Handy local shop. Housekeeping every few days.

The communication beforehand was excellent and the property really easy to find. The location was excellent and the facilities exactly what we need for our stay. The biscuits, milk, tea, coffee and cereal were a really nice welcoming gift. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of drawers and wardrobes for clothing which meant we could really settle in.

It was warm, clean& very quiet.- very close to a local shop- useful as we didn’t have a car. Use of the leisure facilities at the parent hotel was very useful but a 25 minute walk away down hill & up on return - still very pleasant to go for a swim.
