The bedroom was a very on the snug side, but they hadn’t hoovered under the bed, and you have to pay extra for a bottle of water that you would normally get complimentary anywhere else.

Bedrooms were dated - would benefit from a refurb. Possibly the weakest shower I have ever been in!

The bathroom was a little small, compared to other hotels, but thats not a problem really. However, there was a bath with the shower, we felt it would have made better use of the space with only a shower, but really it was fine. Im putting that down as I can't think of anything else I didn't like.

great breakfast, sausages were tasty. The room was a reasonable size, it was quiet wells serviced and the location was excellent for our needs. A very short walk to the British museum, and a little further to Tottenham court road and the center. Perfect for us as we do enjoy a walk and felt we spent too much time in the tube on previous visits.

The bathroom, getting in and out of the shower Had to squeeze between sink and shower screen , my husband really struggled, not having good mobility. Will ask for different room next time.

Close to theatre, friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean, definitely stay again.

we were woken at 7am by the fire alarm - twice it went off. Was not told why on departing and when we tried to call reception to see if we had to leave there was no answer

the location is perfect, near the tube and pubs and restaurants, we were upgraded as was our wedding anniversary and had a lovely cake, box of chocolates and personalised card on arriving in room. The bed was so comfy, loved the welcome to our hotel on the tv with shots of London on loved the 12 o clock check out

The coffee wasn’t great

Good selection of gluten free museli and non dairy milks for me which I appreciated. Coffee could have been better. Great they could look after my bag for me after I checked out before I went to the airport

The air conditioning unit on the ceiling was very noisy and even when turned off via control panel it still made loud sounds of airflow and some liquid gargling somewhere inside as some excess of it was being pumped

I can't remember the room number now but this issue with access to the bath needs attention in this room in my view. We have never encountered this before in any of the other rooms we've had here but it is a difficulty especially for older people.

Stay was fine only problem with this room was access to the bath as the sink was next to the area for entering the bath and the shower screen fixed so getting in and out was difficult for older people like ourselves. This is the only time I have ever had such a problem in this hotel. We always use it and it is usually really good. Fortunately we were only there overnight this time so we managed. Breakfast is always really good here and the location very convenient for us and for exhibition and events in town.

We booked a twin room but communications got mixed and we ended up with the bed made up as a double on arrival. However, when I reported the error to reception it was immediately put right and the appropriate apologies proffered so it’s not a complaint!

Breakfast was good, but bacon was very hard. I prefer mine just cooked. I also prefer the raisin pastries to chocolate but otherwise perfect. Staff were helpful and friendly and cleared tables swiftly. Location is excellent particularly if attending a West End show.

Staff need more training Although check in was 3 pm we couldn’t get our room key then Water in room charge £2 !!! Tv doesn’t turn round to watch

Breakfast did have a small amount of GF items but my 8year old who is GF couldnt really find anything she liked other than fruit
