Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

However, there was a bath with the shower, we felt it would have made better use of the space with only a shower, but really it was fine. Im putting that down as I can't think of anything else I didn't like.
great breakfast, sausages were tasty. The room was a reasonable size, it was quiet wells serviced and the location was excellent for our needs. A very short walk to the British museum, and a little further to Tottenham court road and the center. Perfect for us as we do enjoy a walk and felt we spent too much time in the tube on previous visits.

United Kingdomwe were woken at 7am by the fire alarm - twice it went off. Was not told why on departing and when we tried to call reception to see if we had to leave there was no answer
the location is perfect, near the tube and pubs and restaurants, we were upgraded as was our wedding anniversary and had a lovely cake, box of chocolates and personalised card on arriving in room. The bed was so comfy, loved the welcome to our hotel on the tv with shots of London on loved the 12 o clock check out

United KingdomI can't remember the room number now but this issue with access to the bath needs attention in this room in my view. We have never encountered this before in any of the other rooms we've had here but it is a difficulty especially for older people.
Stay was fine only problem with this room was access to the bath as the sink was next to the area for entering the bath and the shower screen fixed so getting in and out was difficult for older people like ourselves. This is the only time I have ever had such a problem in this hotel. We always use it and it is usually really good. Fortunately we were only there overnight this time so we managed. Breakfast is always really good here and the location very convenient for us and for exhibition and events in town.

United KingdomWe booked a twin room but communications got mixed and we ended up with the bed made up as a double on arrival. However, when I reported the error to reception it was immediately put right and the appropriate apologies proffered so it’s not a complaint!
Breakfast was good, but bacon was very hard. I prefer mine just cooked. I also prefer the raisin pastries to chocolate but otherwise perfect. Staff were helpful and friendly and cleared tables swiftly. Location is excellent particularly if attending a West End show.
