the pier should have a ladder so that you get out there after swimming. in the whole house , hooks at the wall are missing to hang clothes, especially in the entry for jackets

The location was excellent, beautiful scenery and directly on the Loch. Easily found by road and accessible. Great facilities and all needs met. Darren was a brilliant warm host , providing plenty of assistance and information about the location and local items to do.

We have no critiques - everything was wonderful.

This was the best property we stayed in in all of Scotland! Very cozy and updated inside while having the rustic lodge feel on the outside. Access to kayaks and a dock was wonderful, and Darren was an incredible host! He answered all of our questions and was available for anything we needed, including recommendations for stops along our road trip both ways!

Everything was great!

Beautiful location directly on Loch Lomond! Ability to cook our own meals, but also very good food at the restaurant in the adjacent hotel (available for lunch and dinner for non-hotel guests). Ferry from the marina across the loch to the Highland Way hiking trail. Very quiet and relaxing. Accessible by train!

Couldn’t fault the property as it was looked after well. Only issue I would say is the outside light on the balcony needs to be fixed as the light would come on then after a few mins it would turn off with is sat outside.

The property had its own private car space, access to kayaks and personal Balcony as well as Jetty.

The dishwasher was not working even after we spoke to the staff. The barbecue was rusty and spoilt.There was no foil, kitchen tissue or bin bag even for a three night stay.

Location is wonderful as it's right on the Loch. Darren was so knowledgeable about the area and made some great suggestions of where to go kayaking and hiking and also best places to eat locally (Cu Mara bistro was a top recommendation as the food was delicious and the restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming).. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well equipped and with very comfortable beds too. We will definitely be back to visit again.

There’s nothing to point regarding the property but be prepared with groceries because it’s really hard to find a place to eat in the surroundings.

The property is great, very clean, with many natural light, and the view was amazing. Darren, the host, was great and very helpful!

The dishwasher didn’t work/ we couldn’t get it to work

Darren welcomed us really friendly (picked us up from the train station) and gave us tips for the area. Kajak’s were free to use and he even provided wet suits for our kids.

This is an excellent place with every facility that one might need when on a vacation and no doubt this is the best one we ever stayed. It's easily accessible, just a few mins walk from the train station. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary items, the house has beach front and kayaks - we just loved it. Darren is very helpful and he is a great host. He helped us with all the information we needed around the place. Couldn't wait to come back here again. Thank you!

Everything was absolutely spotless!

Absolutely amazing location, right by Loch Lomond, Darren was absolutely wonderful, recommending locals points of interests, restaurants, places to paddle board. Use of the kayaks was wonderful. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you may want and need from wine glasses to the gas bbq. I can not wait to be back soon!
