Unfortunately the bathroom was a bit small. The furniture was old and windows needed a clean but it wasn't a problem.

We were busy every day working on a project and the hotel was in a handy location and nice to come back to in the evening. It has a grand feel walking into the large reception room with lots of sofas. We had a very large bed which was very clean and comfortable. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

Our fridge was a little bit mucky with the previous guests apple juice or something else sticky on the inside, there were some bits and pieces we did notice like the furniture in the room looking a little bit grotty and stained, the drawers were a bit hard to open and close. Breakfast was NOT nice and at approximately £20 for me and my daughter absolutely not worth it. But the rest of it was excellent.

Location was excellent, all the main lobbies seemed clean and it smelled really nice. Facilities were all fantastic, the staff were really friendly, car parking was ample and secure. Had a fridge in our room which was excellent, had an iron and ironing board, safe etc. Basically all the amenities a Hilton/former Hilton would have. Everything worked really well.

We was tired from night and rang the reception in the morning and asked them if I can do late checkout i get a reply "you need to come at reception to pay £15 for 12 o clock checkout i said can I not pay when I am about leave the lady replied to me in a rude way sorry every one says but dont pay after checkout .I understand you have bad experience with some customers but working in hotel business you shouldn't be judging everyone the same and could have replied with better answer.Very unprofessional and weird I say the lady .Overall the stay was perfect

The room was booked for 2 people but there was only 1 towel in the room. When I phoned reception I had to go down and collect the towel myself. We were not made aware that we needed to book a slot for the pool until we went to use it. It would be better if it was part of the information in the room and you were able to phone to book a slot rather than go down to book it.

The reception area was lovely and posh. There were a number of lifts. There were leisure facilities. The breakfast was very nice.

Check in. Was told as it’s the weekend it’s 4pm check in. But says 3pm online. 4pm is far to late. Also had no towels in room. Wife seen the housekeeping lady on the floor and asked for towels. She was told she couldn’t have any as she needed them and to go to laundry or reception. My wife took some anyway.

Hotel was nice. Great pool and food.

Not much information about the leisure club. The windows are filthy and it makes the weather dull all the time. One lift was out of order for the stay we were there. The doors like to have a good squeak when open and closed.

It's a nice big hotel that has a short set of entertainment during the evening. Big car park.

Very noisy, can hear rooms next door tvs, music people shouting , partying and kids slamming doors till early hours , do think security should do regular walks round to quieten it down, tried ringing reception and no one picked up went down to reception and they were really nice and came up about 1.30 and sorted the people partying on our corridoor, not the hotels fault, hotel was packed full of massive familys so surprised their wasn't more complaints.

Comfy beds, nice location, nice veiw from room, nice staff,
