Breakfast was available if you had not booked it onto your room which I think is very fair to be able to pay in the restaurant and have the option to eat there.

Slight shame but probably a genuine oversite. The complimentary shampoo and shower gel were empty, luckily brought our own. There were 3 of us booked into the room, only issued 2 towels, luckily we brought the 4 year old his own to use after showering.

The location was quiet. The hotel was clean and very well presented. Staff were wonderful and the room was spotless

Sadly workmen started work in the stadium at 7.15am also playing loud music. The hotel should have advised guests about this early wake up, we could have changed rooms to avoid hearing the noise.

The pitch view room was lovely,spacious and clean. Very comfy bed.

Having to pay to park when staying at hotel. Room not serviced and found out too late that you have to request this at reception.

Tiles cracked on the bathroom floor, looked a bit dated in rooms and marks on doors and walls. Ironing board in the room was just about usable.

Location was great, nice breakfast overlooking the football grounds.

Waited too long for an evening meal. Saying that a complimentary drink was offered. Staff were very apologetic. Minor issue. Would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Not able to open any windows in pitch view room

Rooms were clean and spacious. Additional bed for 14 year old child was basic - mattress about 5cm thick - he didn’t sleep in it

House keeper didn’t make the beds, clean the cups , leave no bath mat and the phone was not working also left no milk I wouldn’t expect this in a 4 star hotel

Nothing, it was great all round. The only feedback I’d give is for the cleaners to ensure that the shampoo and shower gel stations are filled. Ours were empty but fortunately we’d packed our own.

Great location, comfy beds and all round great place to stay near centre of Blackpool. It’s approx 25 mins to pleasure beach or the tower so cracking location. Parking was great, we did arrive early as we knew it was going to be busy, but once parked the car stayed there all weekend. The beds were all made on arrival and check in was simple and straightforward. Room was large, overlooking the pitch, will request the same room next time we stay!

Unfortunately the bathroom fan was broken and made a constant noise throughout the night. However, we would stay here again.

We loved the view of the stadium and being able to see Blackpool tower. The breakfast was also fantastic with lovely staff who were able to make some vegan sausages upon request. It's a great location with an easy walk to the centre.

As we had pitch view the patio door was locked which I understand is for safety however air conditioning isn’t the best and room became really hot overnight . I ordered pasta of the day which was supposed to be sweet chilli chicken however it was basically a huge bowl of mildly spicy pasta with plain chicken sliced over the top. Never had an issue with food previously and portion sizes are ample.

Have stayed a few times previously, parking is never an issue and staff bar/restaurant are always accommodating

Blackpool FC did not win their game but there was nothing that the hotel could do about that! The room keys did not work when we returned from breakfast at 10:30 and no apology was given by the staff member we spoke to. The reception staff were professional and efficient but not overly friendly. This could have been improved with a warm welcome to the hotel/Blackpool and asking us about our visit and whether we enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and spacious with plenty of condiments! It had a fab view of the pitch too and was very quiet at night. The food was very good and the buffet breakfast had an excellent choice and was nice and hot. The restaurant staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful.

It’s a little dated and beads some tlc. Shower and bath area was worn and fittings were loose. One of my sons slept on a sofa bed but the mattress was really poor quality. The main bed and other son’s bed mattresses were terrific.

Location and staff are the highlights of our stay. Near to everything.we had planned. Staff were chatty and helpful.one

Thought the room I had 220 needed some TLC ie tiles cracked chips of wood in the furniture not good enough for a four star hotel also the Blackpool FC Stadium double burger was uneatable.

The fact it was in Blackpool FC Stadium.
