There was nothing to dislike, it was a perfect stay.

What an amazing place to stay, we have stayed in many hotels/B&Bs in Llandudno over the years and this beats the lot. Definitely 5 star, breakfast was amazing, room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Parking was provided and the location, as its named, Between the Bays, is perfect for visiting both North Shore and West Shore beaches and walking across/round the Great Orme. The hosts Tracey an Mark, certainly know how to run this establishment, they do it incredibly well and are such a lovely hard working couple. We will definitely be booking again. Its an absolute gem and we loved ever bit of our stay.

The fact that we didn't book for longer!!

Fantastic in every aspect,from start to finish. The welcome we received from Mark and Tracy was warm and friendly,and that was sustained throughout our stay. Immaculately presented, the room was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped to 5 star Hotel standard. The breakfast menu was extremely varied and covered every type of taste. The owners obviously take great pride in the business and their attention to detail is outstanding. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from both the town centre and promenade with the West Beach a similar distance in the other direction. Highly recommended.

location was excellent situated between the 2 bays within easy walking distant and plenty to do more so in the North Shore where we had long walks along the promenade and along the pier where all the entertainment was The West Bay was more suited for walks and a places to enjoy the lovely views. Our hosts Mark and Tracy couldn't be more helpful, I enjoyed the West Bay beach for long walks especially in the afternoons when the tide was out I am a keen cyclist and while I was there seen that there was plenty of cycling routes hopefully on my return will do some cycling around the coast of the Great Orme.

Everything, from the great breakfast to the spacious bedroom (with a walk-in wardrobe). The owners, Mark and Tracey could not do enough for us. The place was spotless and nicely decorated. It was only a 10 minute walk to the prom and the pier.

Minutes after booking the B&B Tracey rang to thank us and introduce herself. She emailed recommendations for eating out and checked if there were any further info or special requests. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by both Mark and Tracy. Given a full explanation of the B&B, shown the dining room and our bags were taken up to the room. The location is halfway between the 2 bays (hence the name!!) and ideal for walking into town or along to the West Shore. Parking was easy (on-road) something which is generally an issue in Llandudno! The room was excellent with a large bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Every little detail was thought out, from scissors to open the packets of coffee to a tea towel for wiping the cups. Shower was large and water was hot, king sized bed comfy. There was fresh milk available in a fridge. Breakfast was substantial and tasty. You could order the night before so everything was ready when you wanted it. There was cereals and fruits, with tea/coffee and fresh orange as well as the full breakfast if you so wished. A really nice touch and unexpected was a card and chocolates on my birthday. We had not said anything when booking but obviously Mark and Tracey had seen the cards in the room and went out of their way. Overall a great visit, hosts made you feel like part of the family. Couldn’t fault anything 10/10. Thanks Mark and Tracey.

The property was spotless! Can’t fault one thing about it at all. The owners were the friendliest people ever, they couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was delicious! The room was a good size with a huge bathroom and shower! The tea and coffee facilities were topped up daily and the room was made spotless every day!

1. A bit more range on breakfast time - 8-8.40 is a bit strict with having to pick a certain time. (however we understand why) 2. Parking states very clearly on booking.com "Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible)." But were told to park on single yellow line outside property and up road if necessary. This is misleading and need to be amended as we expected to have our car ON site not on the road.

1. The welcome was charming. 2. Breakfast was second to none couldn't ask for anything more, a beautiful specious room for us to sit and eat in. 3. Rooms are clean, tidy, well kept. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was huge. Room facilities were fabulous with teas, coffee, chocolate, fresh milk if wanted, and biscuits. All refreshed daily. 4. Location was brilliant as very quiet and right in the middle of north and west bay. An ideal spot to get a 10 minute walk in too in either direction. 5. Felt extremely safe. House is delightful. Both Tracey and Mark are fabulous hosts. :-)

The place was really lovely, clean, friendly couple. Tracey called before our arrival to check ok our travels, what time we would be arriving, if there was anything we needed and just advised us about tye lay our of the city which I thought was very thoughtful and helpful. We liked the fact that from a very busy, there is parking at the property which was really brilliant because we didn't have to look for parking on such busy streets. We were also away from the noise but close enough to get to the heart of where everything was. Grateful for the stay xx

Absolutely nothing

Everything about Between the Bays was excellent, including the breakfasts, the ensuite shower and bedroom. We were provided with a list of restaurants in advance of our arrival to enable us to eat out each evening. All the four restaurants were first rate.
