Everything as I didn't get an email to say I was moved to another hotel and when we got to the other one it's just so out of date it needs doing up and made modern. Needs new carpets well overall needs doing up badly. The TV remote wasn't the one for the TV I was told it be sorted the next more and it wasn't so just bad.

The shower wasn’t working properly, the water was cold and the water took ages to go down the plug hole in the shower bit, the bedside table drawers was broken, the door to the bathroom was also broken so we couldn’t open and close properly and very noisy at night with people outside talking and starting their engines

Shower tray blocked the last 3times ive had this room 2. No hot water i complained by phone a man turned up on push bike did nothing said wait 30 minutes and still freezing cold. Booked for 3 days left day early needed hot shower. Its normally ok for money but not this time..

The location of the accommodation was exceptional as it was close to a fair few amenities and not far from the beach

walls are not soundproof as they say they give you milk for the first day and the rest of the week nothing no clean towels either. The mattress was really uncomfortable

tired looking in need of much TLC also door ldid not feel secure . If tried to close bedroom door the carpet and skirting were not clean.

Rooms are old and dated, they smell damp, key code to door is a nightmare as its not lit up. Someone had pinched the key. Bathroom smelt. Sheets were clean thankfully as for the rest the place needs closing and gutting. Its a dump. Plus there are 3 parking spaces on the front and your cant book them. Dont bother. Its filthy. Beds are so cheap the floor would of been better. They only positive was it was warm.

Only 1 cup in room originally- later rectified. No middle drawer in bedside cabinet. No waste bin. Light shade was broken. Shower head cradle was broken. Wrong door code was supplied to us originally.

Nobody to check in. Didnt receive email had to ring, given wrong numbers for key safe. Luckily another resident gave us right number. Booked 2 nights had to leave room then call again to check in to be given room we just vacated. Rang to say tv remote not working, hung up on me.

The front door to are room was very loose we have to put a wedge under it safety reasons The light didn't work in the bedroom and no light bulb in the hall way only light that worked was the bathroom 1 The bathroom paper was moldy broken bedside cabinet stains everywhere on the carpet and walls

Room need refurnished very old, plasters peeling from the Walls. There was no wardrobe holder, hangers, toilet roll holder, towel holders, bin backet, poor light in the room.

Television didn’t work, door handle hanging off bathroom door, very dated.

The sheet didn’t fit the bed, no bin, only 1 very thin pillow each, Man in room above kept us up all night shouting and yelling. Literally all night! He woke us up at least 5 times once we managed to get to sleep gone 1 am.. so inconsiderate. We left at 7.30am.

There was no staff there to ask anything. Bathroom dirty and light didn’t work but no staff to ask to change it. Got locked out for 2 hours as someone took front door key from box. Wouldn’t stay again. Place stunk of smoke and weed as people smoking in rooms and corridors.

the room was fine, but the climb to my first room of 30 steps was a no go and they moved me to a room on the 1st floor which was only 15 stairs
