The location was perfect for the city centre. Only a 10 min walk away. Staff were very polite and the facilities were excellent.

The lift is very small.

Comfortable and well maintained with good parking. Located within 10mins walk of major city centre sites. The jewel in the crown was the staff all of whom were responsive,friendly and very helpful. We would have no hesitation in staying at ThevBelmont Hotel in the future.

Nothing really. The room was large. The windows were single glazed sash windows. They rattled a bit in the wind.

Car park filled up by about 4pm, although we managed to get a spot each day as we were back to the hotel before then.

The Belmont was just perfect! Free parking and great location. Our room was a good size and immaculate. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and the bar and restaurant offered a lovely place to unwind. Great cocktails in the bar and delicious, beautifully presented food in the restaurant. Breakfast was wonderful and had everything one could wish for with attentive service too.

The rooms are a bit old, and sometimes you can hear footsteps from the floor above. Still, it has a classic British style that makes it feel charming in its own way.

There is no AC in the room, so we had to use the fan, but it’s not a problem.

This little cosy hotel feels like home. Staff is very friendly, the breakfast exceeded our expectations and the breakfast room is very welcoming.

Spacious, beautifully decorated rooms. Every small detail had been thought of. Made for a much more comfortable stay than any chain hotels that we might normally stay at. I would not hesitate to stay here again when I'm next in Leicester.

For my needs as a reliable mid priced hotel, it does the job so I wouldn't change much

I use this hotel every time I come to Leicester and I have used others as well. I like this hotel because it has a nice feel to it being an Edwardian style hotel. I like it's location near to the university, train station and city centre. Parking is a big plus. Plenty of spaces. Value for money is good for what you get. Food is average. Lounge is comfy and quiet. Good for events, Room is a reasonable size and clean, showers are good. Wifi is free and reliable.

The bed mattress was a bit lumpy

The location was ideal - very quiet, and bordering New Walk (about a mile long) leading directly into the older areas of central Leicester. Our room was large and very comfortable, with a super-kingsize bed, and well equipped with easy chairs, sofa and desk; good-sized bathroom too. Breakfast was excellent, full English or Continental, and the breakfast staff were wonderful.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Accessible room excellent with very clean walk-in shower. Breakfast excellent with a huge choice of fresh and cooked food. Bed comfortable. Children easily able to come in and join us for breakfast. Ample parking with 2 disabled spaces close to entrance.

After dark. The vagrants would hang around outside the Hotel. Security did keep doors locked after 10pm.

I stayed in room 128 and although it’s a lovely room , there’s a room above and you hear them walking about and the loo flushing ( happened a few times in the night ) so I was awake an awful lot . Also the bathroom backs on to the other rooms bathroom and you can hear absolutely everything ! The wall is extremely thin ! So this room is not a quiet room and I need to remember to not get this room next time
