Nice, spacious, clean apartment. Great location close to shops like tesco express, take-away restaurants, pizza, dessert and best of all public transport! good area too, completely safe for families. the apartment had basics like salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent etc! security access to the building was fantastic! balcony was great and connected the living room to bedroom!

United KingdomWhen I checked in there was no keys in the lockbox. I then called and spend a very long time trying to get assistance and they finally gave me the code for the spare key box, this key did not have a gate fob on it. I then sat on the street for hours like I was homeless waiting for someone to be leaving so that they would open the gate. Complained multiple times both on the phone and through booking.com and nobody seemed to care. I even waited weeks to leave this review hoping someone would care enough to call. Awful experience.

AustraliaThis booking has been the worst experience of my life! I'm 65yo and have booked business and holiday accomodation for over 40 years. Day 1 - We enter the room, it hasn't been cleaned - the kitchen was a mess, bed linen and towels strewn everywhere. I called the offsite Property Manager - all they said was, sorry, the cleaner couldn't get to your apartment!! We could not unpack or use the kitchen (food in microwave/exploded soft drink in freezer) or bathroom due to the filth of the previous occupier. Property Management support staff were a call centre in India!!! No offer of alternate accomodation. We prepaid accomodation , were refused entry before 4pm Check In and had to pay 200 pound deposit before entry instructions were given. On Day 2 we returned to a clean apartment, however the Local Council Inspector had placed a card in the door indicating the property was not approved for short stay accomodation - how much worse can it get???I AM CURRENTLY DEMANDING 150 POUND COMPENSATION FOR ONE NIGHT ACCOMODATION. IF THE HOST HAD ANY DECENCY THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN OFFERED ALREADY. APOLOGIES OVER THE PHONE FROM INDIA MEAN NOTHING WHEN YOU'RE DEALING WITH A PROBLEM ON SITE THAT NEEDS RECTIFICATION IMMEDIATELY. On day One I repeatedly asked for the property to be cleaned that evening to no avail. I was even told that in the morning linen would be dropped off but we had to make our own beds - In 40 years this has never been the case with fully serviced apartments!! I contacted Booking.com but they didn't help at all - at least they should have withheld payment to the host as the property was not delivered as advertised. All concerned need to lift their game!

SingaporeThe unit was not ready on the scheduled check-in time of 4pm, the place was not been cleaned and still messy. Cleaners only come 4 hours later, despite series of follow up with the owner. So you can imagine you have to wait until 9am for your proper unit 🤔 It advertised as Luxury Apartment unit but toilet was clogged and some dirty spots found. It advertised with Parking, but no dedicated parking spot for Room 15 and many times we had to park outside.
Location is near to Tesco.

United KingdomPlease AVOID to stay at this property at any cost. There is no clear instructions for parking, we spent hours outside in the car park looking for a parking bay in the middle of the night in the rain. They asked us to use other parking bay temporarily but then called us 1am asking to park our car on the street. The Apartment- nasty, the floor was greasy, cooker was dirty, pots and dishes not cleaned. There are marks on the wall in the entire apartment. The balcony had some sugary spillage and was stinky. There were birds’ feathers behind the sofa in the living room. Sofa and carpet was super dirty. I don’t know if there was anything in this apartment was even average. When I contacted about apartment not being clean, they arranged cleaners however they didn't wait for my acknowledgement neither provided any time of their arrival. On the second day unexpectedly, we found three strangers in our apartment when we returned from lunch and unlocked the door. They called themselves the cleaner but upon inspecting, we found nothing being cleaned. Not only our PRIVACY invaded but we had all our valuable stuff in the apartment and we were out. HOW IS THIS EVEN ACCEPTABLE?

United KingdomWasn’t initially aware that our car park and accommodation was round the other side, wouldn’t have guessed only someone arrived behind us and pointed out. Parking spot 9 was occupied, I used the only available (note in windscreen) only to be woken at 2.15am to move it. Sunday morning no different, spent 2 hours moving car and trying to sort out a space spoiling my morning!

United KingdomMy experience was very disappointing. They provided me with a non-working remote for the parking gate, and despite continuous requests over four weeks, they did not replace it. This became a significant issue, especially considering the inclement weather and my wife's pregnancy, making it difficult to manually open the gate each time. Unfortunately, they refused to provide a key as an alternative solution. Additionally, linens were only delivered twice during my stay. Consequently, we had to rely on the linens stored in a bag in the cupboard, but some of them were dirty. Towards the end of my stay, I was surprised to find a deduction of £125 from my security deposit. They claimed to have found one linen in a dirty condition, which was misleading because it was part of the bag we never used. Furthermore, they mentioned dirty plates in the wash basin, despite our efforts to maintain cleanliness throughout our stay. We had already paid for cleaning at the beginning of the contract, making the additional charge of £125 seem unjustifiable.

NetherlandsThink twice before booking here. The apartment is not suitable for rental. 1. Property is not cleaned properly. There were many dirty towels in the laundry room. I reported that. they said they were going to clean that up, but they didn't come over. 2. From the moment we are in the apartment, we get messages that there is noise disturbance, when we don't even have music on. Even when we were not at home, we received many messages that there is a lot of noise coming from our house. It was very frustrating. When I ask what sound it is, they can't tell me. They totally ruined my stay in London. When I sent a message, different employees reply with different Stories. I think the neighbors don't want the apartment to be rented out to different people. That's why they keep complaining. The apartment is not suitable for rental. 3. Location is far from the city. more than 1 hour by public transport.
Own parking space. Apartment looks good, but dirty. And I don't recommend anyone to stay here. it's a hell.

NigeriaUnfortunately there were many issues. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, you can literally feel the springs. The windows are not double glazed and the apartment faces a busy road and a busier petrol station. I don't think I had one decent night sleep. The intercom did not work so I could not get any online shopping delivered . There was no parking available even though it was advertised with parking.My guests had to park outside and because the intercom was not working I had to go down each time to let them in. Then there was the heating that went up to 29degrees by itself during the night and left us sweating through the night.Finally there was an incessant banging noise through out our stay. The glassdinning table screw came off while we were having dinner and we were lucky to avoid breakage. We paid £200 security deposit for a spare key which they are yet to refund even though we returned it.
The apartment itself was nice. The bathroom was decent size and the there was a good size TV. There was also kitchen utencils and a washing machine

IndiaAlthough the apartment itself has was clean on checking in, we have had plenty of issues which u would like to complain about and seek compensation / refund, please see below: 1) CHECK IN - First if all we were not given the apartment until 6:45pm on the day if our arrival which proved to be a massive inconvenience with a 9 year old and us literally just wandering about until we could finaly check in. 2) VACUUM CLEANER - The Vacuum cleaner is not in a proper working state, as soon as you start the machine it has a strong burning smell and we thought it could be dangerous to use it, highly inconvenient. 3) WASHING MACHINE - The machine has been placed in such a way with a lot of stuffed just dumped directly above it, we just couldn't use it even once during our entire stay if 2 weeks. It was super I convenient to keep going to the local launderette again and again. 4) PARKING - Although the property was advertised with a dedicTed parking space, inspite if communicating multiple times we were not allocated a dedicted space and were eventually just told to park anywhere within the premises. This is totally misleading and I was mis sold the apartment on the pretext of getting a dedicated parking spot which wasn't the case. I was humiliated, argues with and insulted on multiple occasions when I parked on the premise without a proper parking permit, almost felt like a second class citizen, I am highly upset about this to be honest. To be perfectly honest with you, I booked this apartment inspire if being a lot more expensive as compared to many other options in this locality simply because of the inclusions as described in the advert and I feel pretty mislead and a lot of inconvenience has been caused through out our stay here. I could have rather booked a cheaper apartment and not expected a high level of service.
