Not a deal breaker, but the TV was advertised as being smart, but was not connected to internet as it needs a cable running across the room to do so. We had our iPad so not so much of a problem.

The location is extraordinary with a great view of the sea from the living room and the dining area. Right at the end of the garden there is access to a walk along the cliff or into town. Perfect if you have a dog.

A lovely quiet spot overlooking the sea just a 10 minute walk to the Centre of Arbroath. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, recliner sofas, and comfortable beds. Off road parking, back garden overlooking the sea. We were playing golf at Carnoustie all week and it is just a 15 minute drive away. Ideal venue, thank you so very much... 😊

All general features were really good. My only small point to improve for us, would be a small table and chairs in the sitting room to use near the patio doors, my mum likes to paint and was awkward on low coffee table, also for family activity, playing cards etc in the evening, without having to sit in the kitchen.

Location and accessibility of the property was great. I had my elderly mum who had previously attended with my sister and wanted to return for the both the scenery and comfort. Views from the sitting room are great, and good walks either direction from the property. It had everything you need and more. There is a bit of a hill going in to Arbroath (particularly with a wheelchair) there are stairs or via the small park was easier. Arbroath town centre is looking a bit run down in areas, but we found the harbour, marina area and Signal Museum nice to walk around.

Noisy radiator in the lounge in the early mornings. Had to get up and adjust it till the banging stopped. Upstairs neighbours footsteps early in the morning and late at night but we live in a bungalow so not used to hearing people above us.

There were no downsides, loved everything about the property.

Everything was spik and span. Loved the views from the living room, and the great selection of games for the family (during red alert weather). The views really were spectacular! Home was immaculate, very well presented, fully kitted with everything you would need in the kitchen. Would love to come back here in the summer months.

the apartment was beautiful and had all items we required for our stay. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment cosy as the heating was on .the view was amazing and there was a lovely walk just outside the gate. We would definitely recommend this stunning apartment
