The guesthouse is tucked away in a quiet spot with stunning views over the valley—perfect for a relaxing break. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed and a modern en-suite bathroom. The over-bath shower was powerful with plentiful hot water. Breakfast each morning was a real treat, with a great selection of locally sourced options and thoughtful touches. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the town centre, yet peaceful and secluded. The honesty bar is a great idea and works well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil base in the Highlands with genuine hospitality.

This place is exceptional. From the initial welcoming tour of the house, to the ambience of the place, to the spotless rooms and the helpful owners it was an excellent visit. And the views across the valley are fantastic.

Property exceptional and very accessible for a lot of places to visit. Hosts very accommodating for any inquiries and needs. Stayed in many B & Bs and their breakfasts are rated at the very top of our list. Hope to visit again and will certainly highly recommend to others.

A bit of a hike from town center. If you have heavy luggage, definitely advised to take the local bus.

Beautiful house with lovely garden. Very large bedroom with on suite shower room. All areas and rooms very clean and very well presented. Owner was lovely and happy to chat about the house and surrounding area. Many brilliant Lego creations dotted around the house to enjoy! 😊 Only a 5 minute walk into the town where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and places to visit. Amazing breakfast perfectly cooked and with lots of choice. I would definitely recommend this guest house to everyone!

The hosting was superb. Very friendly, informative, attentive. The breakfasts were delicious and great choice. We were down in Pitlochry for our wedding anniversary and they very kindly gave us some lovely gifts. Thoroughly recommend Beinn Bhracaigh !!!

Everything was spectacular!

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation ,clean rooms, great location. Amenities exceeded our expectations, beautiful living room with a magical view of the mountain, and a self service bar, which was the highlight of the trip. The owner was extremely helpful, kind and welcoming, couldn't recommend it enough!

The scenary, views was Great. Amazing little Village. The host Benn was really really good. Not to much. Just perfect. You have an accountability bar where you can always go. Take a drink to your room or whatever. If im going to scotland again I would like to revisit pitlochry and this place. Felt like home.

Super nice accommodation. Very clean and quiet. Short walking distance to the centre of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Enjoyed the lounge area where we spent our 2 evenings chatting with other guests. Would definitely go back
