Completely understand that the caravan is surrounded by trees which must make keeping the outside clean more challenging however. we had been inside all day at a competition with the children, the weather was 22 degrees we were really looking forward to sitting outside and enjoying the last rays of sun. However, the decking was really sticky, the railings surrounding the decking were dirty and full of bird poo. The outside seating had cobwebs and was dirty. We would have had no problem wiping down the seating but the decking just wasn't an enjoyable place to sit. Also situated beside a busy road.

Interior of caravan was spotless, beautifully presented, allowing for a very comfortable stay at Seaton sands. The biscuits on arrival were a lovely touch., we couldn't fault the interior of the caravan. Easy check in, Good communication. Very Helpful to be provided with a number in case of emergencies, wasn't required but peace of mind to have a point of contact.

the caravan was very welcoming, beautiful, clean and tidy, felt very homeley. the host was very friendly and polite. we all really enjoyed our stay especially my children. Will definitely be booking this one again in the future. no faults with it at all. thank you justyna. our family had a fantastic time. 😊

Unfortunately, the decking area is located under trees ,which means there were bird droppings all over, making it unusable , not the owners fault , just bad positioning, really.

Caravan situated in great location. Clean and tidy. Easy access to on-site facilities, eg restaurant, pool etc. Short walk to beach front. Easy access to Edinburgh Centre by car. Approx 30 minutes from Edinburgh or you could use a park and ride.

Great location, just in front of the beach, which is lovely to walk and relax. also close to Edinburgh to combine with a city break. some cookies, coffee and chocolates provided which were greatly appreciated.

The caravan was in a very nice and peaceful area, close to the beach. I will definitely be back to this accommodation in the near future.

The 2nd bedroom with twin beds was very small and claustrophobic suitable really for children sharing which suited us as we had our 2 grandsons aged 6 and 8. Would not recommend for adults. The facilities on the Haven site were disappointing. We were not made fully aware that a booking system and separate pass purchase was necessary. Even if we had most of the activities were all booked out. The signage within the site was poor and there were no maps available from the check in gate.

The Caravan was very well furnished and equipped.9 Good location and would have been great if the weather had been better. We did not spend much time on the site as we travelled through to Edinburgh. Getting the train at Prestonpans was a bonus.

That you had too buy a pass for one day which wasn't cheap then pay for activities on top of that.. luckily our kids were happy enough without the activities!

That our caravan faced on the beach was lovely too just sit on the decking and chill out. Our kids loved the beach, arcades and park even though the park wasn't the biggest.

The only thing and it's not a big thing to me, but the caravan wos tidy but not clean like colouring pens in the corner hadn't bean picked up table just needing a wipe down crums just we things if it's haven doing the cleaning to me it's all young girls doing the job no eye for small details. But I loved it

The caravan is amazing. I think the price I paid was good location is out of this wold amazing for a weekend with the wife for hur birthday . It was so relaxing and u have everything you need

It must be noted that the Wi-Fi works very poorly, especially in the evening. Even though there’s Netflix on the TV, it’s impossible to connect.

The caravan is well-equipped with all the necessary accessories and is cozy. The location is excellent, right in front of a beach and a 30-minute drive from Edinburgh.
