They only include one towel per guest, per stay. I think they should include 2 bath towels and 1 beach towel per person. With kids, 1 towel just doesn’t cut it. We were there 3 days and having to use the same towel for everything was gross. They also don’t include any shampoo, conditioner or soap for the shower. We were warned about this though and came prepared. The other thing is that EVERYTHING in the park is an additional cost. The swimming alone was £45 for just my husband and daughter for 3 days. They only used the pool 2 times and one of the times the pool was closed for a special blow up obstacle course and they had to pay an EXTRA £10 to do an hour of that. So it wasn’t worth it. My daughter did a little sport camp and it was £3. Karts were an extra cost, so was the trampoline. Only thing included in the play pass was the pool and their showcase room where they had shows for the kids. The arcade almost bankrupt us haha. It ended up being a lot more pricey than we anticipated because of all the additional costs.

This caravan was so well maintained and the perfect end to our stay in Scotland. There were 4 of us - 2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby. The beds were super comfortable and the caravan was really spacious, with a great wrap around patio. The kitchen was fully stocked and the location was an easy 5 minute walk to all the activities. The fish and chip shop was delicious and the showcase room with the kids entertainment shows was amazing!

The caravan was above our expectations. We booked in the morning to stay that same night as we were travelling to Edinburgh Zoo and did not fancy a hotel with the kids. The caravan was very clean and tidy and had plenty of refreshments upon our arrival. The caravan seemed to be on the quiet part of the park, which was an extra bonus. I was really pleased with the accommodation and very much value for money. If we ever come to Edinburgh again, we will definitely be using these again. Thank you for a great stay.

This is a beautiful, spacious caravan. The owners were very helpful and responded promptly to any questions to had. The full complex has so many amenities and so close to the beacg. Such an enjoyable 2 night stay!

Cant complaint with the accommodation, it's in a holiday village with almost everything available there itself including restaurants and other activities. the additional services like pool are available at extra cost of almost 50£/adult for 3 days so not much use unless you are planning to stay there.

Couldn’t figure out how to work the microwave. Surprised that there was no written instructions for any of the appliances in the caravan. I would have thought that was a basic requirement. Phoned the caravan owner to discover that she didn’t know how it worked either! 😵‍💫 On stripping the bed before leaving, we were disappointed that there was no duvet protector nor any pillow protectors used. Surely those should be used?! We wouldn’t say the bed was very comfortable either.

The caravan was beautiful as was the site it’s on. Gate staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location on the park no noise at all.Lots of extra's provided sooo glad we went for a private van.Having internet and streaming services was a huge bonus. The Owner was sooo responsive nothing was too much trouble she went above and beyond.

Very clean comfortable and cosy as we visited in the winter. We had a small issue and was fixed straight away. Not far to train station for a 11 minute ride into the city.

We where asked to strip the beds at end of stay which was fine until we seen the stained double mattress which probably could do with been replaced as this let the caravan down

The caravan was very clean and was the same as the pictures, There was WiFi but with 6 people it lagged a bit which is understandable. Nice touch was there was already cleaning materials in the caravan and supplied tea and coffee Beds where very comfortable, Hoist massaged with directions to caravan and also to see if we got into park alight and to see if we would like to know information, To sum up six of us enjoyed our stay at this caravan

Nothing really, just got to add that it’s really nice but gets a bit crowded when booked for a family of five adults as the other bedding options apart from the main room were quite small. The two toilets were great though.

It is a beautiful caravan, nicely decorated and well equipped.
